Does this have the built in allen wrench in the shank of the device? The photo shows an extension on the base and no reference to that being the wrenc

No it does not and can be a source of frustration when a bit gets loose or you need to change the drill bit. I have marked the right allen wrench with a small piece of yellow tape to visually match it with the bit for a little increase in efficiency though.

Is the countersink angle 90 degrees or 82?

Definitely less than 90. Very likely 82.

What type of screw driver bit is included? Is it a Phillips 2?

Yes it is. Doesn't matter though because you can pull it out and replace it with any bit. It worked great putting down deck boards because those screws required a special bit. The screw bit has a magnetic holder, the drill bit, a set screw.

What does the #6, #8, and #10 size mean?

That is the size of the screws. I believe #6 being the smallest and # 10 being largest.
