Great probiotic

This is the best probiotic I have ever tried. - and I have been using probiotics for 30 years.Use once a day until you make good progress - then you can switch to every other day or so for maintenance.

I have been using Naturewise probiotics for over a year to treat some cognitive function issues I have stemming from the prior use of SSRIs I took 8 years ago. Recently naturewise probiotics have made me much worse, I think they changed something up in the formula. Anyway, I tried this stuff and it even came with an ice pack.. it seems to be okay so far I just hope it can do for me what naturewise used to do.

So helpful when I was having GI issues. Work fast. They will now be my go to for Probiotics.

While this product typically works as advertised when I purchase from Whole Foods, the shipping method literally destroyed the product. This is meant to be kept refrigerated as it contains LIVE probiotics, and the packaging states as such TWICE on the label. Unfortunately either Amazon or the seller ignores this, sending it without a cold pack. Also, it’s nearly impossible to get a refund because it’s considered “non-returnable”. Buy elsewhere!!!
