I am updating my review as this company is very responsive and quick to resolve the issues I had with the unit. I used it initially for quite some time with no problems. However, the unit began having connectivity and operational issues. I reached out directly to the company with my Amazon receipt of purchase and a representative answered me immediately with troubleshooting steps to rectify the issues. While those steps did help with the problems for awhile, the unit began not holding a charge. I followed up with another email and the same rep responded immediately (on a Saturday) letting me know they would be sending a replacement unit. Great customer service and an effective unit.

I’ve been using this little Mooyee massager for a bit now and really like it. It was super easy to set up and get going right away. The pulses are surprisingly strong for such a small device, and the charge seems to last quite a while. The app works well and has lots of different settings to play around with—it even keeps track of what you use and how often. It’s compact, easy to put away, and just a nice thing to have on hand when you need to relax or work out some soreness.

Device works pretty much as described, nothing more or less special than any generic TNS unit. Problem with this brand is that the electrodes are TERRIBLE! After one use, they lose their adhesive qualities and cannot really be used again without adding tape over the electrodes to hold them in place. I followed there instructions carefully, including using deionized water to revive the adhesive qualities of the electrodes to no avail. The description says one can use the electrodes up to 50 times before replacing them, but beware, you can use them maybe 2-3 times max, even with tape applied over the electrodes to keep them in place. Their device is okay, but they have really scrimped on the quality of their electrode pads. Would not buy again.

Worked as expected. They were easy to put on and use. The pads have just enough sticky so it isn’t an issue using them over and over.

I had a TENS unit previously that I owned for years and loved but it broke recently. I wanted a wireless one I could wear at work. This device would be perfect except it doesn’t seem the have the ability to do just continuous stimulation. It makes you choose a pattern. That’s not what I want at all. So that’s a big bummer. The pads also aren’t very sticky. It’s probably great for someone but I’m not super happy because the one thing I wanted from it, it doesn’t do. So feels a little bit like a waste of money, but something is better than nothing I guess. Update: the seller reached out to me and offered a full refund, and also additional pads. I thought this was really sweet and deserved another star. They didn’t ask me to change my review, I’m doing this because I think customer service is really important to my overall opinion of a product.

Update 8/2025: Great customer service. Company just reached out and sending replacement pad and pad holders. Just received this. Took it out of the box and charged it. Took a while to setup the app since it wouldn’t recognize the device. When I went to use it the FIRST TIME the adhesive came completely off on the protective film and I had to scrape it off and spread back on the pads! Not cool for a $100 device! I used it for the first time with some pain under the pad, probably from missing adhesive. I tried this on my lower back (nerve pain) and on my upper back (muscle pain) and it didn’t do anything to help the pain in either place. Not sure I’ll keep this since the pads don’t seem like they will last and they are device specific, not generic pads. Also it didn’t include any type of gel pad storage which it lists in the instruction book. Also did not help with pain! Not sure why this was so well rated. Not worth the price! UPDATE: Company reached out about problems with unit, sent new pads to try and storage device which was not included in original package. Have not had opportunity to try unit again but better review/updated because of customer service!

The app has a bug and needs to be fixed. I can't use it until you do and update it. Please fix this ASAP. I do like the product, but I can't use it. It keeps closing.

To use this you must download an app. I found I needed to give it all the permissions it was asking or the app did not work. Once I figured out the app, the usage was pretty simple. There is a list of modes, which don't make sense exactly so you just have to play around with them. I take it that each mode activates a different electric stimulation pattern. Within each mode, there are even more options as well as a scale of 1-10 on intensity. I could not tolerate anything past a level 3 intensity and I tried the pads on a few different areas of my body. Maybe I'm a wimp or maybe it is just that powerful. I like the design of these and the fact they are rechargeable and wireless. It's always a pain to have to maneuver wires when using a tens unit and this is a great solution. The units have a nice little carrying case and the pads have a solid plastic surface to adhere to and be stored when not in use. This is easy to store and easy to travel with.
