I am 32-33 waist and the suggested size was XL. They are comfortable and the hole is actually a good size unlike others. I should have gotten my normal size M-L, I would exchange but I put the XL on already, these have plenty of stretch.

They're comfortable, but they have a reinforced seam that runs up your crack like a thong.( I hate thongs) Otherwise the two sided pouch opening is good. Sizing is correct, The material is soft, except the seam. Color is a little off from the picture, it's a light shade ( almost girly color) I'm still on the fence on continuing to wear them. Perhaps after washing, that butt crack seam will be less intrusive.

This pair of underwear is by far the most comfortable I have worn in a long time. The material is so soft and comfortable to wear as long as you want. The dual pouch design works perfectly to hold everything in place while still being able to access it very easily from either side to use the bathroom. They fit a little snugger than I expected but still fits great.

I have been on a kick trying out different types of underwear lately. I have been a brief guy most of my life as I have very sensitive skin and the less material on it the better. I am getting older though and the beans, well the beans are needing a little bit more room and a little bit more support and some extra ventilation does not hurt.This is a boxer brief / trunk design but it has a hole for your frank and a very generous pouch for the beans. You get a ton of room but your not letting your boys flop all over the place and the frank is not sticking to the beans, and more importantly the beans are coddled in the pouch so they are not sticking to your legs.I am not sure I would recommend these for super active activities or sports as there is some give in the support, but for every day / lounging these are quite amazing. The material these are made of also feels very soft on the skin. The stitching is done well, very tight and no hanging threads out of the box. The pouch has a flat seam so no rubbing issues there either. I have only put them through the wash twice but they look like they did when they came out of the package. Very impressed
