50代男性です。包丁を買うのは初めてでネットの評判どうり、切れ味は抜群です、あえて言うと切った食材が包丁の断面にピタリとついてしまい、特に野菜の千切りや細かく切った野菜類などは、付いたままで落ちてくれないのがおいし所でした。

切れ味抜群。この値段はお値打ち。ダマスカス鋼の模様も綺麗。

切れ味最高で、とても使いやすくて満足してます。

握り手もしっくりして切れあじもかなり良い。

以前使っていたそれなりの価格の包丁は、使い易く10年ほど何度も研ぎ直して使っていたが、流石に小さくなったので安い新しい物に買い替えた。しかし安物の包丁は刃が薄くて曲がるし切れ味も直ぐに悪くなり我慢できなくなって更に買い替えを検討してこれに行き着いた。少し高かったが切れ味が良くて握り易い。材質のことはよく分からないが、今の所刃こぼれなど無く満足しているが、種類やランクが多くて特徴が分かりにくいと思う。もっと安い物でも良かったのかも知れないが、あの模様がなんとも言えない高級感がある。

Ottima lama e bel prodotto; provata non appena arrivata, taglio perfetto (attenzione alle dita). Il damasco è d'effetto, ma il punto forte è il taglio e la bontà della lama.. Buona impugnatura e coltello ben pesato. Il venditore è stato molto corretto e i tempi di consegna sono stati ampiamente rispettati (arrivata 7 giorni prima del previsto).Da acquistare.

Étant cuisinier de métier excellent couteau surtout cette lame en acier damas vg10 l'une des meilleures car c'est un acier très dur et sur ce type de lame l'affûtage dur beaucoup plus longtemps qu'une lame basique ne pas hésiter sur ceux couteau

Not worth the money. Might as well buy a normal knife. Didn't stay sharp for even a month. Only looks good
