This is one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. It can create a batch of ice in about 15 minutes, which is quite impressive. It’s truly wonderful to have ice on demand. I’d recommend this to anyone who is interested in such a product.

I bought this a while ago I think a few months ago. I use it at least a couple times a week. it's much better than the one that's already in my refrigerator that I don't use any longer. I definitely recommend this I think it's a great product

You cannot fill it with water and come back to find a full basket of ice. The storage for the ice is not a cold storage. Consequently, you must monitor the machine and empty the basket frequently into a container to store in your freezer. The “cubes” are thin and small and not adequate to chill a drink. It’s well built and operates quietly. But it has a plug in the bottom to drain any water that has accumulated in the ice storage area. This machine is relatively heavy and has to have the drain plug over your sink to empty it. The drain plug is not accessible unless you tip the machine to one side to access the drain plug. This is labor intensive and it is just an ice maker, not for ice storage. I am returning it.

I mean it works but it also has to get turned on every time you want ice. It makes ice fast but it’s always empty because it JUST makes the ice. It does not keep it cold so it just melts in the machine. Overall most mid product I’ve ever bought but like it does work it’s just mildly irritating when I want some ice and there’s no ice and I gotta wait 20 mins for the ice but my water bottle needs ice now.

The ice machine works great for what it's worth. Only issue is that the ice trough is very small. You can only get maybe 4-6 batches of 8 or 9 cubes, which isn't enough to fill a container of reasonable size. It's good for supplemental ice needs. But if you're looking to fill your jug with lots of ice, maybe look for a bigger machine or one with a bigger trough.

Does what you expect. Works well. We use it summer time to keep our refridge ice bin filled. Yeah, the fridge is a Samsung, and of course the ice maker died. If you are thinking commercial quantity then this is not your machine. If you need to keep a trio of sun tea drinkers properly iced in July and have frozen storage space, then this works efficiently.
