Is the RAM memory upgradable?

Thanks for your interest in KAMRUI's newly released CK10 Mini PC I7.
The RAM cannot be upgraded. However, KAMRUI Mini Computer has one 2.5 SATA SSD slot which can add a 2.5-inch SSD to expand the storage.
This video will help you how to add a 2.5-inch SSD on the mini pc, please check and confirm it.

Please boot this mini pc and press the "Delete" key—Enter into "BIOS" Interface—Choose "State After G3"—Select "Power on"—Press the “F4” key to save and exit.
