Iberia Guava Paste, 14 oz (Pack of 3)

Very good

Good product. Great for desserts.

I had never really thought about keeping guava paste around the house, but after trying this I can definitely see myself buying it again. The guava flavor is really noticeable and fruity, and it has a nice sweetness without just tasting like plain sugar. The texture is very thick and firm, which makes it easy to slice into whatever size pieces I want. My favorite way to eat it has been with cheese. The combination of the sweet guava with a salty or creamy cheese is really good, and just a few slices make an easy little snack. I've also tried it on crackers, which worked really well. There is quite a bit in the 14-ounce package because you don't need a huge amount at one time. I can also see this being really useful for baking or cutting into smaller pieces to add to pastries and desserts.I like that the ingredient list is relatively straightforward and that it is something I can use in several different ways instead of buying it for one specific recipe. It is definitely sweet, which is what I expected from guava paste, but the actual fruit flavor comes through nicely. This was a fun one to try and ended up being much more versatile than I expected. If you already like guava, especially paired with cheese, this is an easy recommendation.

Sabor esquisto a Guayaba tropical. Para comer con algún buen queso. Gracias

I had a Roman-style pizza with guava paste and cheese recently and wanted to try making it at home. I used this, and it came out exactly how I was hoping. This one is really easy to work with. It comes as a solid block, so it’s easy to cut into pieces without making a mess. I had bought a different brand before that came in a round can, and I actually ended up cutting my hand trying to open it. This feels a lot safer to use.It tastes great and has that perfect sweetness to pair with cheese. It’s also pretty inexpensive, so it feels like a really good value for what you get.

I absolutely love this guava paste! The flavor reminds me so much of a traditional sweet from my home country, and it brings back such a wonderful feeling of nostalgia. It’s sweet, delicious, and perfect when I’m craving the flavors of home. I’ll definitely buy it again!

Godd taste and price. Will definitely buy again.
