Nice shoes
My son loves these. He says they are comfortable and do not slip easily. A bit pricey though.

Awesome kitchen shoes
These are awesome. They took a little while to break in but worth the pain. Wear them with some older insoles for a week or two so they can stretch a little. I’ve been a chef for 25 years. I’ve been through many different shoes. These aren’t cheap but they’re well worth the money. I wear the for 10-12 hours a day 5-6 days a week. They’re extremely comfortable. Slip resistance is great. They fit true to size and look good to boot. Not like the duck feet clogs largely available out there.

Best clog for standing around the operating room or kitchen
Been wearing these since the 1980’s. I’m a surgeon and standing around all day, operating on patients requires comfort. These are the favorite OR shoes of many surgeons. They are durable and look a lot cooler than most footwear. There’s room to move your toes around and there’s no laces because they are clogs. Chefs like them too. If you like to cook and you happen to be a surgeon, I believe this purchase might be a requirement in some localities.

Almost comfortable to a fault.
Use of saddle soap helps to soften the leather. End with a cleaning rag and a drop of oil.

Update: would buy again - good shoe but fit and sizing a little confusing for 1st time buyer
UPDATE: Ended up getting the size 40 and while it felt big at first, I got used to it in 2-3 days and have worn it daily at work for the last year and have really come to like the shoe-my feet stay dry, there's adequate support, and honestly it they've just become a joy to walk short distances in (clinic / hospital setting). I almost want to give it 5 stars but since it takes a little care going up and downstairs with them and the mobility is not perfect 4-5 stars. I like them enough that I would buy again I bought the shoe size that said 8.5-9 ( at least at the time of this review the only sizing listed are apparently US sizes ie 8.5-9, 9.5-10... without the EU sizing). In most shoe brands I'm about an 8.5. I can sometimes go as low as 8 and sometimes as high as 9 but usually 8.5 is more or less a good fit. However in these shoes I felt like they were clearly way too large perhaps by 1 or 1 and 1/2 sizes. I was able to sit out two pinkies behind the heel (as opposed to the 1 pinky that is recommended in the Dansko sizing video). And even with the two pinkies space behind the heel I felt like I had more than enough room in the toe box. Even just taking a few steps in the house the shoes almost slipped off a few times. Otherwise the foot dead and the construction felt very nice and I think if it fit better I suspect it would have been a comfortable shoe. I should also note that once I did some digging around like to danskos website I found that the 8.5-9 correlated with a European size of 42 which would have been much more helpful information because I know that I'm a size 40. Hopefully this can help facilitate decision making regarding sizing of the shoe.

Absolute garbage!
There was a time when Dansko was good, sadly this is no longer true. I've had two pairs previously, about 4-5 years ago, and I was happy with them, being a sister company to Sanita, they were a good product. However, I felt they both offered comfort and support, I felt Sanita held up a little better. Sadly, now the majority of Dansko's are mass produced in China by machines, sadly lacking most of, if not all the comfort and support they once had in spades. Not only this, to add insult to injury, the price went up by $50. I'm a chef by profession so I'm usually on my feet 9-11 hours a day, and being on the large side, my feet need all the comfort and support they can get and the Dansko brand no longer has that. Save your money and hassle of a return and purchase the original and best clog out there, Sanita. I don't like writing bad reviews, but this was something I felt I had to say.

Great shoe for the medial professional- don’t forget break in time.
Right around the dorsum of the foot. Takes time to break and and your feet hurt for a little bit. Once broken it, they are super comfy! Color is good. I recommend sizing up by one. Expensive but worth it!

Unfortunately the shoes I received had clearly been used. Bonus of dirt in the shoes tread.

It is made of high quality for sure. But its not for everyone. Its very dangerously designed bcoz sometimes you will get twisted at the bottom. Not for men. Its like you walking on a special heels all the time.
