There is no warranty card..it doesn't fix on any surface.. actually a defective product I am getting.. returning it for 2 nd time..no wipes WITHIN box.. magnetic ring is only one where many getting 2as per u tube video..

Maine apni shop ki counter glass p lagaya and itna strong suction tha ki tanne se glass bhi uthne laga. Magnet kaafi strong h. Bolu toh kuch jyada strong😂 kyunki meri phone m magsafe nai h toh maine alag se magsafe ring lagaya hua h and itna strong magnet h ki woh bhi nikal gya khinchne se. Mujhe fir fevi kwik se chipkana para. Kaafi acha h yeh holder aur tension free isko use kr skte h work desk p, reels banane k lie wall p laga k, car windshield p mobile holder k tarah and bike pe at your own risk. Product acha h bass shikayat pricing se h thodi. Pricing thodi jyada expensive lagi mujhe at ₹699 but iss holder ki effectiveness iss price ko kahin na kahin justify kr deta h.

Waste product. Bought this on 20th May and installed on the car dash board. Today morning when I opened the car door shocked to see it broke into two with the spring in the base tearing wide open. The mobile phone wd have had a bad fall if mounted on this holder. Luckily it did not happen. Return window closed on 30th May. Cannot return also. Raised an issue with this and waiting for their response

Very Good product. I researched a lot of magnetic phone holders and this one caught my eye on Amazon. Firstly i have been buying various Portronics products for very long, and they never really disappoint. The build is very good quality. the look is great too. Simple yet very functional. The vacuum suction of the fixing is fantastic and holds on all surfaces, even slightly textured or rough ones. The provided allen key locks the position perfectly and stays in place. Magnetic strength is also super. Highly recommend this product. Didnt get a 5 star because they could do 2 things better slightly. The stem or arm that comes out or extends could have also been black to add to the overall better look and the arm itself could be a bit more sturdy and not shake a little like it does. But highly recommended product nevertheless.

This is one of the worst purchases I have made. The quality is pathetic. The suction broke within seconds and the product was damaged and couldn’t be repaired. Couldn’t even use it once.

Good suction power and magnetic hold too but the head that hold the mobile is not firm it gets loosen on continuous use by hanging in the mobile

I ordered this product to support my daily content creation, but after using it regularly, a few issues stood out: 1. Grip Capacity: This is a major concern. The vacuum grip starts to give up after 25–30 minutes. I tested it multiple times to be sure, and unfortunately, it's consistent. If your content creation sessions go beyond that, there's a real risk your phone could fall and get damaged. 2. Vacuum Suction: As I mentioned, the vacuum suction isn’t very strong. It’s okay for light or quick usage, but not dependable for longer or more demanding setups. 3. Push Button Issue: The push-button mechanism also feels flimsy. After just a couple of uses, it started getting loose, which doesn’t give much confidence in the build quality. 4. Limited Arm Movement: The holding arm only allows front-axis movement. It would’ve been much more useful with a 360° rotation or multi-axis flexibility to capture better angles during shoots. In short, this might work for quick, short-form content, but if you're a regular or professional creator, this setup isn’t built for the long haul. Wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for stability, durability, or versatility.
