I leave a 1 star review which is for the seller. When I order this item I was expecting it to arrive within a week which was okay with me. I even waited two weeks. During that time, I had contacted multiple times the seller about the shipment, along with all the carriers involved in the delivery. The carriers were fine, as for the seller, they did reply back with such vague answers to a point where I was told we will investigate and get back to you, which they never did. I had given up on receiving this item. To my surprise, I did receive it a month and a half later. (I don’t have issues with waiting, if the information was accurately provided in the first place). I could have gone directly onto the manufacturer’s website and order them, but this specific brush set is unavailable for delivery in my country according to the manufacturer’s website, which is the reason why I went with this seller. If I ever have to buy anything online, I will not be buying from this seller. Now, as for the brushes, I can only give a 5 stars on them. Works perfectly and gives me the option of switching brush sizes to my liking. Just amazing. Heat is distributed evenly.

This brush is AMAZING!! I’m in awe of how easy and fast i could do a blowout!! Each time that i had to do my hair i got really lazy cause it would take me hours and many tools in order to get nice results. But with the wavytalk in took me less than 20 minutes and turned out like a salon blowout!! I would love if they would sell different attachments separately (like curling wand, waver and iron). Since i got it ive beeen telling all my friends and family to get it and they get really impressed by the results!! Im OBSESSED this is truly worth it!!

I just bought this and I love it! I have naturally curly hair that is thin but course texture. I used the largest barrel to smooth my hair and then rhe smallest barrel to curl it for a blow out look. I definitely recommend. My only complaint (reason for the 4 stars) is the location of the heat setting button is where I grip the device so I was constantly changing the temperature and had to be mindful of where I gripped the device. I think it would be better if it was located lower on the barrel, in my opinion. But, it worked great.
