Exactly what I wanted!
My doctor diagnosed me with severe dry eyes, even scratched my cornea because they were so irritated. He gave me prescription eye moisturizer drops and told me to gently massage (with wet warm cloth) around the eyelash line to promote the ducts to start producing oil as they should. Tried with a washcloth but it was too bulky and not lint free so wound up agitating my eye even more!I didn’t want a pre-moistened pad with cleanser because I was told to use only warm water. Was happy that these had no cleanser in them (as was stated in add)These are perfect to wet with warm water, wrap around my finger and do as my doctor suggested. Not bulky as to scratch my eye ball, no lint either.Perfect! It was a little pricy though!

Great Refills for Removing Buildup Along Eyelashes
Note: Buyer beware. These are not intended as the cotton puffy pads associated with cosmetics, pore cleansing and other beauty regimes. If that's what you are looking for, search for the right product, and check descriptions and reviews! You want products that avoid slight abrasion to very sensitive skin. Down-rating because you probably were looking for a different product isn't cool. For those of us who are "patients," these are great refills for the slightly rough pads that come in kits or in the boxes with the individually foil-wrapped, pre-moistened pads. Except this is bulk packing of the pads only ... not individually wrapped, not pre-moistened, just dry in a zip-lock bag. They might be a bit thinner (I don't have a comparison item here), but that in no way alters their ability to do the job well. When you apply your cleaning solution, these pads absorb it well, which allows you to use one side for one eye, the other side for the other eye.My doctor first recommended using these regularly several weeks prior to eye surgery to free the lower lids and especially the pores of the eyelashes from the stuff associated with blephoritis and other eye-mattering conditions. You're not meant to use these across the entire eyelid (though you can, gently, if you want). OcuSoft instructions show you washing along the lash line. The pad is slightly abrasive to help remove what is often a thin, or for some people, thicker, crusty build-up at the base of each eyelash. Now I regularly use these (and associated cleansing fluid/foam) to keep my lashes and eyelash pores much cleaner. As part of eye healthcare, these work well. The medical community of doctors and researchers may not know what causes blephoritis, but effective treatments are available. Products like these can seem on the pricey side when you're using them 2x a day every day, so buying in bulk does make a difference, and buying the proper item in bulk makes an even better difference!

This is for cleaning eyes.
I do not like this product is because it's way too thin and I prefer a little bit more thick, because it really depends on what condition eyes are in, if it's too severe then it needs more than one thin pad to cleanse it, and kinda rough feeling on the skin is because I keeps on wiping my eyes due to extreme watery, and it also kinda expensive, won't buy it again.

Confusing Packaging= NOT PRE MOISTENED & NO Instructions
Have previously purchased OCuSoft pre moistened pads & naively thought these were the same just in a larger number. Quite surprised to discover these are just dry pads which require purchasing cleansing soap separately.... Another $20 and not something easily to travel with.

Gentle on eye lids
Works as it should, although overpriced!

Dry cleansing pads
These pads are completely dry so I use the cleansing foam with them. They are useful, but I much prefer the premoistened pads.

Love these DRY pads
So many of the poor reviews for these pads are from people who didn't understand what they were buying. These are DRY pads that you can use with your own product/cleaners. These are not pre-moistened pads (those are the "lid scrub" pads from Ocusoft). Don't let these reviews fool you - these DRY pads are great.I used these pads every night with the TheraTears Eyelid Cleanser spray. I love these pads for being a good size - I cut them in half most nights to make them last longer and use one side for each eye. They are lint free and strong enough to not shred while using them, while still being thin enough to fit your eye. I have tried to find alternatives and have yet to find anything else that meets all of these criteria.
