Fantastic for my DJI RS4 Mini

I normally have an Arca-Swiss compatible L-bracket fitted to my camera for attaching to my tripod, which usually means having to remove this and fit the DJI plate when I want to use my camera on my RS4 Mini gimbal. This adapter directly replaces the standard DJI version and works exactly the same way, but with the benefit of allowing me to continue to use an Arca-Swiss bracket on my camera. The quality is the usual excellent quality from Smallrig.

I purchased this quick release plate adapter because I was fed up with having to attach and detach the upper quick-release plate that came with my DJI RS4 Mini. My camera pretty-much lives in a cage with an Arca-Swiss mount on the bottom and I was surprised that this didn't work with the DJI RS4 Mini out of the box. This plate adapter works exactly the same as, and matches the build quality, of the original. However, it also means I can attach my camera it its cage without having to screw mount an additional DJI plate on the bottom. This makes the process of moving from gimbal to tripod or rig so much faster! Well worth the money in my opinion.

Fits perfectly on the RS4 mini. I can now ditch the DJI plate and leave this on the gimbal for my arca system. Quite pricey though.

This might be very useful for easy transfers to Arca type tripod clamps, but it doesn't fit normal video heads. So: Beware this pitfall!

Sehr praktisch. Sehr gut verarbeitete Platte für den Gimbal. Ich habe die Platte gekauft, da ich meine Canon R5 mit dem smallrig blackmamba cage nicht auf den dji rs4 mini montieren konnte, da dieser zu breit ist, aber mit der Adapterplatte ist das kein Problem. Ich hab oft gelesen, dass der adapter für die canon r5 mit dem cage nicht gehen würde da er dann die achsen versperrt, aber das stimmt nicht, es macht keine Probleme. Das einzigste wo ich vielleicht sogar gesagt hätte, eher 4,5 Sterne zu geben ist der Preis. Aber dadurch, dass es mein Problem gelöst hat, war mir das definitiv den Preis wert.

Le verrouillage se fait facilement et reste bien en place, même avec un équipement un peu lourd. Le dégagement rapide fait gagner un vrai temps lors des changements de configuration. Compatibilité et usage Compatible avec de nombreux rigs, cages, trépieds et accessoires standards. Très pratique pour passer rapidement d’un setup à un autre (trépied, poignée, slider, etc.) sans avoir à tout démonter. Utilisation au quotidien Idéal pour les tournages, le streaming ou les setups photo/vidéo évolutifs. Une fois installé, on ne revient plus en arrière tant le système est pratique. Conclusion Un accessoire simple mais indispensable pour gagner en efficacité. Fiable, solide et parfaitement adapté aux configurations vidéo modernes.

Fits perfect, allows very quick swap with standard plate, as others have said, this should have been the Dji design, also makes balancing way faster.
