YuasaYUAM624B4 YT14B-BS Maintenance Free AGM Battery with Acid pack

I just looked at when purchased this battery for my 2002 Yamaha Vstar 1100. It was 2017!!!!! It still hold a charge but I'm going to.order another. 8 years still works!!!

I bought this battery to replace an older gel battery that wasn't holding a charge any longer for my 2009 FJR. Upon arrival I read the instructions and was able to fill the battery with the supplied electrolyte easily. After charging the battery overnight I installed the battery easily. One thing to note is that the cutout on the top for this battery is slightly shorter than my old battery which made the clamp difficult to close. After installing my bike started quickly and easily. This battery has continued to hold a charge and work perfectly. The battery came with all of the required hardware to install and the price was far less than many other retail web sites. I would definitely recommend this battery.

After a succession of cheap AGMs failed on me, I was pleased to find a Yuasa at this price. Hope it lasts.

Battery may be fine but “made in usa” is clearly shown on the listing where I bought this. In any case, it was opened and charged before I noticed so I can’t return it. Time will tell.

Replaced the in place battery with this one.I keep it on my battery tender when at home. So far I’m very pleased with its performance. Recently completed a two week road trip, battery worked flawlessly. Three stars, just not sure about longevity.

Bought this battery in 2016 for my 1900cc Yamaha Stratoliner V-Twin. I use a Battery Tender as soon as I park the bike and leave it plugged in until I'm ready to ride again. I have gone as long as 3 straight months without cranking the bike up or unplugging the battery from the Battery Tender. I use a quick disconnect adapter permanently connected to the battery and sticking out between the seat bottom and the frame. I got an amazing 7 1/2 years out of this battery. I probably was getting signs that it was near time for a replacement at the 7 year mark but I wanted to see just how far I could push it. Ordering another one today.
