Great tasting sauce
I love the thickness of the sauce, the value of the money off of Amazon, as well as it being gluten-free I will continue purchasing this brand, especially for my health needs.

Not bad
I dont usually buy these white sauces, but for something different. I actually blend this with a tomato sauce (an Italian tomato pasta sauce) and I quite enjoy a pink sauce. The garlic was quite vibrant, but you cant taste the parmesan though, which I guessed I wouldnt be able to. You have to give these sauces a try to know.

I really enjoyed it, but it's concentrated
I realize there are many negative reviews, but maybe it's because this sauce (like pasta itself) is an acquired taste, especially for the Indian palette. I really enjoyed it, but it's concentrated, so use it in small quantities, mixed with regular red pasta sauce, basil leaves, and black pepper. It contains egg, so you can't store it in fridge beyond a few weeks. Once you open the jar, I suggest pouring it into 5 or 6 small tupperware containers and putting them all in freezer. Remove each container as you need it, so that remaining sauce doesn't spoil. I have kept in freezer for 4 months with no problems. Good luck!
