What a great product. It can be used for many exercises. While it will assist you, it will also add challenge. You’ll add quality to sit-ups, mountain climbers, side-to-side sitting twists (great for balance), the list is endless. It’s a must for your workout. Easy to pack and travel with you and exercise at your destination.

The performance block is comfortable. For seated exercises, it minimizes my contact with the floor, which makes for more focused and intense exercise. For stretches, such as “pigeon”, it allows for a deeper stretch while protecting my knee.

I LOVE my performance block! I’ve found it to be the perfect companion for core workouts. The way it protects my tailbone when doing core on a hard floor/surface is amazing! Many of my fellow athletes also love the performance block! It’s a game changer!
