I've been using these Immuson 4x6 direct thermal shipping labels for a bit now, and they've proven to be quite reliable for my shipping needs. I have a 4x6 thermal printer from a different brand. Their labels are expensive. I go through around 500 labels every two weeks or so. I decided to give these a try and couldn’t be happier. The price is great for the quality and quantity. They fit perfect in my printer. Color is good. They seem to hold up well when wet if a package is delivered during rain or if I have to drop off when it’s raining.

I was expecting these labels to be completely solid as in the pictures provided by the seller, they are one full 4 x 6 label. However upon receiving these labels there appeared to be a slit about a fifth down the label. I quickly checked the listing to see if this was advertised but I could not find the purpose of this slit anywhere. Additionally it appears that other customers have received a solid label that is slit free. Since I had planed to use these labels as packaging for my small business as well as shipping labels, I wanted a solid label for more versatility so I thought I'd contact the seller about a refund and return since I didn't need 500 labels with a slit down the middle. The seller returned my inquiry saying that "some logistics companies need to keep a record and tear down the following part" and that "at the time of production, this is the international standard" and refused my return request. The underside of the peeled part is not sticky and is a rough paper texture and the part left connected to the label is translucent. I understand that this kind of label may be of use to some but it is not to me and is just incorrectly advertised on the listing. I firmly believe if a company is going to refuse returns they should properly specify that the product has a slit for this intended purpose. If I had known the label had a slit I would not have purchased it in the first place. But now I need to find a use for 500 labels the seller incorrectly advertised.
