This round adjustable stainless steel steaming rack is a handy kitchen tool to have on hand as it can fit multiple pot sizes making it versatile.I got it to try steaming baked goods under light pressure and find that the size of the steamer rack easily accommodates my round baking pans.I like that it's made out of stainless steel so it will not rust or degrade and that it feels sturdy and fairly well made; the mechanism for enlarging it is not as smooth as it could be but neither is it difficult.I also like that it folds in to a more compact size for storage so that it fits neatly in a drawer for easy access.

This is a simple adjustable wire trivit that fits a variety of sized pots. I plan on using it in my instant pot and it fit perfectly with the wings extended a small bit. It looks like it would extend for larger pots, but this is exactly what I needed to raise the food off of the bottom of the instant pot. I plan on using it for steaming and for raising roasts off the bottom of the pot. It is made out of heavy duty stainless steel, you can have the trivit be higher or lower by folding the legs in or out and you can expand the diameter by pulling the wings all the way out or pushing them in or somewhere in between. I'm looking forward to using this while cooking as my instant pot was purchased used and did not come with the metal raised trivit. This is a nice and useful replacement. It can also be used in a regular pot or pan on the stove. Just a nice little kitchen gadget.
