This jacket really hits the sweet spot between casual and polished. The fabric has a good weight to it—not too heavy, not too light—and it feels durable without being stiff. The overall look is clean and understated but still stylish enough to dress up a bit if needed. I’ve worn it over a t-shirt for errands and over a button-down for a night out, and it works well in both settings. The fit is mostly true to size, though it leans slightly fitted. If you’re planning to wear thick layers underneath, going up a size might be smart. The inner lining gives it a little structure and warmth, making it great for spring and fall. I found the pockets functional, with one inside that easily holds a phone. My only minor issue is that the sleeves could be just a touch longer for my preference. They’re not too short, just a bit above what I find ideal. But that’s a small tradeoff for a jacket that looks and feels this good. I was very pleasantly surprised by this jacket. The outside is made of heavy cotton denim with a polyester lining that gives it a very substantial feel and a nice drape. The jacket is a bit more formal than the usual jeans jacket, so can be worn for a casual evening out. It does leave plenty of room for a sweater underneath. It does, however, seem to run a bit big, though being cotton it will shrink up a bit. All in all, it is a nicer jacket than I expected.

Out of the bag I was immediately pleased with the feel of the fabric. The look of the jacket is nice and casual. Goes well with a T-shirt or button up shirt underneath. The jacket is on the tighter fitting side so you may want to go one size up. I ordered an x-large and it fit me similar to a large (I am 5'10 and 190 lbs).

Really nice high quality jacket. Fit is true to size and the materials feel great. Overall, a good buy and a decent price.
