Game is great plots all over the damn please but that’s not this sellers fault 🤪🤪 I can see why he want to sell it and I’m not complaining

I'm confused with all of the good reviews for this game as I wasn't able to complete it. Enemies engaging me didn't shoot at me, they would fire at an invisible enemy. Sometimes I would get hit and take no damage. The aim assist worked about 10% of the time, aiming was sketchy so no head shots by me. Vehicles appeared out of nowhere, sometimes in other vehicles causing explosions. Objective location marker sometimes wasn't at the actual location, this caused me to quit. I got tired of searching for the checkpoint and if you move too far away from the mission area you would die! Really, you have an open world but there is an unmarked mission area that kills you if you step out! This game is a disaster, a buggy mess. I bought this game 3/26 they should have fixed all the bugs but clearly just have up on the sad game. I'm not even getting into the story that makes no sense. Character motivations change at the drop of a hat for NO reason. Your time would be better spent watching paint dry.

The introduction of a new IP is refreshing and much needed in the gaming landscape, especially as many players grow tired of repetitive swords and sandals! This game, set in a futuristic Las Vegas, showcases stunning visuals and immense potential, yet it appears to have been released prematurely, reminiscent of the Cyberpunk 2077 situation. I have faith in the developers and recognize the challenges they face, which is why I chose to support them by purchasing a physical copy. It is crucial for the revenue to flow so that they can address the game's optimization issues, bugs, AI shortcomings, and combat mechanics. Additionally, the game lacks interactive activities and features underdeveloped areas. Example: the game needs more gang-factions, night clubs, and the ability to walk into any casino and gamble, earn in-game money or weapons upgrade shops, vehicle upgrades and a functional police system. Players should have the freedom to engage in random situations within the environment, whether it be carjacking ANY vehicle on the road or exploring casinos and nightclubs. The game requires careful polishing and attention to detail, and a 3D map. Its also beneficial for established developers like Naughty Dog or Rockstar to lend their expertise. As a fan of "Mindseye," I am willing to wait six months to a year for significant improvements, and I encourage the team to stay motivated and committed to making this new IP truly exceptional. Its refreshing to see something different for a change besides the same old swords and sandals souls-like crap! Good Job guys despite all the (sus-hate) out there! The overall gaming community has MUCH LOVE for this game! Finally, shame on Sony for giving out refunds, contributing to a dark cloud over this game! Just focus on fixing the game! Don't screw this up Sony, like you guys did (Days Gone)! I want to see the sun shine on this game! This game is such an easy fix, and it has great money earning potential. Lets make it work guys!

Great game i love it, reminds me of GTA5 mixed with Mafia

I really wanted to love MindsEye—after all, it’s from Leslie Benzies and his new studio, Build A Rocket Boy. The world setting, cyber-thriller vibe, and cinematic moments show real promise. The storyline could have been something special. What’s working: • The narrative and mood—like watching a polished Netflix sci-fi—have occasional moments that grip. • Some of the drone mechanics offer brief glimpses of innovative gameplay. Where it falters: • Technical issues dominate—crashes, stutters, freezing NPCs, exploding cars, clipping through the map… you name it. • Performance is disappointing even on high-end hardware or consoles, with frequent drops and a 30 FPS cap. • Gameplay feels clunky—driving, shooting, general feel—all rough around the edges. • Missions are repetitive: drive somewhere, endure long cutscenes, shoot a few enemies, rinse, repeat. Many players have echoed these issues online. It’s not just bugs—it feels shallow and unpolished, as if it needed more time in development. Final thoughts: MindsEye could’ve been a standout with its sci-fi premise and cinematic flair. Instead, it launched feeling unfinished, plagued by bugs and performance issues. The developers have promised patches, and that could improve things—but as it stands, it’s a 3-star experience: a decent foundation weighed down by frustrating flaws.

I’ll admit that I don’t think it’s as bad of a game as a lot of people are saying, but it’s still not that good. The gameplay is lack luster, a lot of storylines go unresolved, and overall it feels just… dull. I would give it a 2.5 stars if it was an option.

People were right about this game… the developers of this game sent out a very unfinished game and even in the state it’s in now it isn’t at all enjoyable or fun. I would look at multiple reviews on youuu to be before getting this game, even on sale like I did.

Brand new as described. Got a few hours in before my first game crash. Overall first impression: impressive graphics, interesting story, decent shooting, could have used a bit more polish but overall I'm definitely looking forward to my next play session and finishing the story!
