This CAP Barbell 3-in-1 plyometric box is excellent. It was very easy to put together, with clear instructions and all the pieces fitting together well. Assembly was quick and straightforward. Once assembled, the box feels extremely strong and stable. There’s no wobble at all, even during jumps and step-ups. The surface has great grip, which adds an extra level of confidence and safety during workouts. I really like the 3-in-1 height options—it’s versatile and works well for a variety of exercises and fitness levels. Overall, this is a solid, well-made plyo box and a great value for home workouts.

The CAP Barbell 3-in-1 Plyometric Box is very sturdy and well built. The wood is heavy and solid—not cheap particle board. It offers three different height options (12”, 14”, and 16”), which makes it great for a variety of workouts and skill levels. Each side is textured, so you don’t have to worry about slipping during exercises. It also has wide handles on two sides, making it easy to move around despite its solid weight. Assembly was straightforward once I figured out how the sides interlock correctly. Overall, this is a durable, high-quality plyo box that feels safe and stable during use.

Sturdy, easy to put together, and effective for workout. Light weight enough that I can move it easily and works well for people of varying sizes in the household to use. I appreciate to that there's enough traction so I don't feel like I'll slip when landing.

Just what I needed for step ups! Easy to build! Great for exercising. Super light ! Super stable. It's not big because it is 12in-16in but that's the point... but it is the perfect size for what I need! Love it! Great cost too.

Manufacturer-just use regular screws....not sure why these allen screws were decided on. Assembly could be done in 5 min versus 30 min with the small Allen wrench. Super sturdy and looks great. The cardboard that it was packed in was sturdy and thankfully cut up real easily. Worth the purchase. Good gift for under the Christmas Tree since the box isn't too big.

Bought this as a gift for my 10 year old. It's on the smaller side for my own comfort (5'4", 135) but my 5' 80lb son who is new to working out uses it with ease. The 3-sided heights is perfect for giving him the right angles for different exercises, and he's most recently been using it to increase his foot height as he's building strength to hold handstand. It has been used exclusively on artificial turf, and has been stable, sturdy, easy to move when we need to, not slippery, and ideal for multiple exercises. Glad I ordered it!

Great quality. Strong, sturdy and easy to put together

Buying a box to step onto feels a little tough to justify. I used to work out at the gym and had lots of step and box options. Now, I am training at home and know I needed a 12" box for reverse lunge step downs. This box will work great for what I need it for. I miss the addable, stackable steps at the gym, but those go for hundreds of dollars - this cost me $33 or so. Pre-drilled holes for screws with included Allen wrench. It takes a little while to put together because of how many screws, but I used the included (tiny) wrench with no issues. The pre-drilled holes didn't always align perfectly, but the wood is easy to get into through the edge. Pleased.
