The ingredients are listed under product details. Demerara sugar is the 2nd to last ingredient. No synthetic salts. No MSG. We love this spice mix and use it all of the time - paella, Cajun dishes, even pasta sauces.

Q: What is the size of the jar?

Although the jars are the same height as a typical McCormick spice jar, it is much larger in overall size. The jars are square and the base measures about 2 1/4 inches square and 4 1/4 inch high.. It contains 5.4 oz. as opposed to maybe 1 oz of McCormick spice. It would probably fill the McCormick bottle at least 3 times. It’s a glass jar and nicely labeled. The spice is delicious if you like hot and spicy!
