Very disrespectful
This fryer stopped working after 4 weeks,I asked fir return and haven’t got any response untill now.Very disappointing

Good but came malfunctioning
I had to return it back as error in the machine came out

Be aware before you buy.
Used it twice OK. Third time out it would do nothing but light up and emit weak buzzer sound. Had to return it as faulty. Was informed in email from supplier that they would refund carriage cost if the fryer was faulty. I have had refund for item but they have not refunded postage. It cost over £30 to return to GERMANY. So on reflection the Delonghi was terrible. The supplier not true to their word. Be aware.
