Great machine for an at home gym. Cables are smooth, rack itself is very sturdy, attachments are fairly good. Assembly wasn’t terrible, lots of pieces, it’s easier to watch a video on putting it together. Definitely recommend for the price, you can’t really beat it! It does come in two boxes so you may receive one before the other.

So far this rack has been great. Bench and squat on the inside, overhead press off the front. Row and Lat are solid. Rack is sturdy for a 2x2 with a compact blue print. Dip bars are real nice as is the pull-up bar, tho it's kinda slick from the paint job so consider a grip aid or tape. Went together easily with a battery powered drill. My unit was missing the J-hooks but JELENS sent a replacement set. For a beginner - intermediate lifter who doesn't expect to lift more than 500 lbs outside of deadlift this rack is an excellent choice to get you through years of training.

Omg we love this gym set. It’s been a week since we got it. It came in multiple packages which was nice to know we could slowly assemble it. It is such a good deal for the price! Better than some of the equipment at the gym I had been going to. I am so excited to continue to use eveything and for the future gains to be had for my husband and I. It’s an awesome home gym work out set- definitely worth getting!

Overall, this is a solid squat rack that works well once it’s set up. The assembly process was pretty straightforward, but it definitely takes some time. There’s a lot of packaging to go through and quite a few parts to organize before you get started. Still, the instructions were clear, and everything lined up correctly. Once assembled, the rack is a bit on the light side, but it still feels sturdy and performs great for squats, bench presses, and other lifts. The only real downside is the cable system. The pulleys don’t fit very smoothly in their housings, which makes the motion feel rough and uneven at times. It still works, but not as smoothly as I’d like. Aside from that, it’s a great piece of equipment for a home gym, strong, functional, and well worth the effort to assemble.

We bought this rack for our home gym and have been very pleasantly surprised how solid and comprehensive it is for the $300 we paid for it. Not only does it accommodate our benching, squatting, etc...it has dips and rows as well. The pull up feature has different hand holds and feels very solid. Great product.

Package didn’t come with instructions but once I emailed seller they emailed to me right away. Loving the power cage. Can get a full body workout with this. So many different workouts you can do. Very sturdy, use metal 2inch plates on it as well. No issues at all.

Highly recommend - great value and design. Pulley system is smooth and unit is extremely sturdy. Setup was not as hard as I anticipated and lots of extras included.
