Q: Will it make drinking chocolate?

Thank you for your enquiry. A certain high street coffee shop chain were using Ruby chocolate to make a pink Hot Chocolate drink during last years Valentine's Day. We would suggest melting or softening the chocolate chips before blending/whisking with your hot liquid to ensure that the chocolate mixes in rather than leaves you with bits of hard chocolate in the drink. Wouldn't think so since it's dairy/lactose. It's suitable for vegetarians, but I wouldn't think that if you're vegan that it would be suitable.
