Solid, Commercial-grade Office Chair
This is a well-designed, professional-grade office chair with higher grade materials than cheaper office chairs. I've always used basic office chairs in the past, but I decided to get a good one this time. Here are my thoughts on this chair:-There is a metal L-shaped seat plate that connects the seat to the back. This makes the back much more stable. On cheaper chairs, the arms are used to anchor the seat to the back, and the bolts can come loose over time causing the back to separate from the seat.-The arms and star-shaped base are polished aluminum and feel very solid. These parts are typically hard plastic on lower-end models.-The padding on the arms feels heavy duty and not likely to wear out like the leather/plastic on cheaper chairs.-I don't like the dynamic lumbar support though. The lumbar support when the chair is upright feels like there is a hard lump pushing in on my back. It's not comfortable to me at all. When the chair is reclined all the way, it feels fine to me, but I can't do my work reclined all the way. Lumbar support that allowed for manual adjustments would be better. To compensate for this, I just put a flat pillow above the lumbar support. This makes the back flatter, and it feels better to me.Overall, this is a high-quality chair, but the dynamic lumbar support is not ideal for me. Using a flat pillow above the lumbar support creates better support for me.

This was a gift for our son and he really enjoys it. He says it’s helped his back and is very comfortable.

Great Desk Chair
After getting used to the lumbar support feature of this chair I have really enjoy using it. The chair is very comfortable over long periods. It is very well made, and is probably the best desk chair I have ever owned. It is a little unusual due to the lumbar feature and it may not be to everyone's liking. However, I highly recommend this chair and I very glad I purchased it.
