Bragg, Vinegar Apple Cider Unf Org, 16 Ounce

I have been using this vinegar for quite a few years, and I find it an excellent choice to add to salads, marinate meats, add to soups, etc. It has a very good tangy taste that, without being overpowering, hits the perfect level of acidity. This vinegar is unpasteurized and unfiltered, and contains the apple "mother", which as it turns out, is that sediment that you can observe in the bottle which appears made of a cloudy stringy substance, and which is composed of good stuff. I can't claim to be certain about the supposed health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar in general (and of this vinegar in particular), but it has personally served me well, and I will continue using it. The only downside is that this specific brand tends to be more expensive than the rest, but thankfully Amazon seems to offer more competitive prices than your usual market store.

I have tried the others at various price points but this brand is the one I have chosen to return to and stick with now. For me personally, this one is the best. If you didn't know, be educated now, other brands say, as this one does on the label, "with the mother.". The "mother" is the accumulation of the stuff you can clearly see at the bottom of the bottle. The bottle has to be shaken before each use in order to reconstitute the constituents of the whole before it breaks down again to settle at the bottom of the bottle. Other ACV I have purchased states on the bottle, "with the mother," however with nothing settled at the bottom of those other brands, my personal thoughts are that those manufacturers are making a false claim. Finally, no. It doesn't taste good: no it doesn't relieve pain per se but it does do a number on your GI tract for feeding the good bacteria in there. Just give stars, for everything about this product, period. So in closing: No. This is not a paid endorsement by anyone, this is my personal experience after more than a decade and a half so this is in fact one way that I feel I give back, to whomever.

My mother has been preaching to me about the benefits of apple cider vinegar for at least. 50 years. There is a lot of research and experience to support her view. So when I had a heath crisis, I saw that bottle in the cupboard and discovered something wonderful that helps my health. I need to drink more water but water wasn't fun. So I filled the cup with ice, dropped in a Nuun strawberry/lemonade electrolyte tablet and added a chug of Bragg's to it and then nice, fizzy San Pellegrino water and I have the healthiest most fun and zippy drink that's great as many times a day as I can drink it. Do some experimenting with Bragg's. It adds zip and health to lots of things. And Bragg's has no rival. It has the mother in it and it's the real stuff!

BRAGG Apple Cider Vinegar never disappoints! The quality is outstanding, and I love that it’s organic and unfiltered with “the mother” included. You can really tell it’s a premium product. The 16 oz size is perfect for keeping in the kitchen for daily use. I use it in salad dressings, marinades, and even mix a little into warm water as part of my wellness routine. The flavor is bold but smooth compared to other brands I’ve tried. It’s a staple in my pantry, and I trust the BRAGG name for consistency and purity.
