How i can connect the sennheiser mke-2-pc omnidirectional lavalier mic with xlr to an iphone to use it for video recordings?

The iRig should work for you.Search for "IK Multimedia iRig Pre"

does the microphone handle white noise very well?

It’s an Omni, so there is little to no rejection of ambient noise directionally. I think that’s the gist of your question. The more directional the mic the more rejection. The closer the mic is to the sound source the more signal to noise ratio.

Can this lav fit with the rode invisiLav?

Hi, The MKE-2 is a very small Lav and it will be too loose for the invisiLav.
