Active 2 Premium Smart Watch 1.32" Sapphire Glass, GPS, iOS/Android

Great price, lots of bells and whistles, but I got this mainly for its water resistance and long lasting battery. I mostly use just as a watch and pedometer, and a single charge lasts 11 or 12 days. As a pedometer/step tracker, I find it very reliable. The screen quality seems to be nice. I believe it to be durable, Im a nurse and live on a farm, and neither vocation has caused any damage or e en scratched rhe watchface, even curring thick brush. Price point is "amaz"ing..Great product with many options at a very affordable price. Leather band provides secure fit. No regrets with this purchase so far, and have been wearing daily for almost 3 mos.

Can you give 10 stars? My 3 year old, $300+ dollar FitBit watch died after it got wet (must have gotten a crack somewhere). Anyway, as someone who exercises a lot I wanted another smart watch but this time hopefully a bit nicer looking than the old square FitBit Sense 2. I thought 'For $99 let's try it, I can return if I don't like it.'Ordered it at 10:00 pm the day my watch died, next morning at 7:00 it was here and I was wearing it by 7:30. Just wow, wow, wow. So much better than my FitBit at 1/3rd the price. What I like better: * 14 day battery life - that is legitimate - if you are just wearing (not tracking exercises, etc.) it will last at least 10 days, but usually about 2 weeks. * When tracking an exercise activity - gives me more data, easier to read data, and overall does a better job than my fitbit * Nicer looking - Round instead of square, lots of nice looking standard watch faces - in fact, it looks like a real watch with some of the faces * Stays connected to my Google Pixel - My FitBit did this OK, but regularly it would disconnect from the phone and then you couldn't see weather, it wouldn't update data online to read, etc. This watch, I think it has disconnected maybe once since I purchased it * Charged from 8% to 100% in just over an hour * So many additional options around tracking sleep, taking breaks, tracking oxygen, etc. * My FitBit said 'You got 4 hours of sleep' every day - even though I went to bed at 10:00 and got up at 6:00. I thought I must not sleep well. First night, this one capture 6.8 hours or something - seemed much more accurate * Have not tried to actually make or receive calls on it, but it does let me know when my phone is receiving a call * Can download and play podcasts and music from the watch * Very accurate when tracking a route - I mountain bike, it is always within a half mile of what my bike says mileage ridden after a 15 mile ride So, you can get a square FitBit that looks like a workout watch and spend $250. You can spend $500 or more for an Apple watch - and what if you are an Android user, Apple watch still works, but can't really connect well to my phone. Or, you can get one of these for $99, get as much and more functionality than a FitBit and about the same functionality as an Apple watch. And, for $99, you could buy one for a friend and still save money. The only thing I see is that is not the end of the world. My FitBit would do a good job of tracking steps that maybe weren't actual steps - like when mountain biking, building trails, I always was over 10,000 steps. First day with this watch I figured out - it only tracks steps - so my numbers hover at 5,000 to 6,000 now for steps taken. This is more accurate but I do miss the big numbers! Looking for an easy to use, full functional, smart watch - $99 gets you and awful lot. had I paid $199 I would still be writing the same review. They did not pay me to write this. Today, after I had it charge from 8% to 100% in just over an hour, I thought the seller/manufacturer deserved the review.

When my Samsung Active 2 died I went looking for an option that wasn’t going to break the bank. I just needed a good basic smart watch that I could track my bike rides with. I wanted to be able to see my performance metrics on my morning workout rides and I wanted to be able to see a map of my trip when I did my longer (40 mile) leisure rides. There were 4 Amazfit watches I considered, the Bip 6, the Fit 2, the Fit 2 Premium Round and the Fit 2 Premium Square. I did a lot of research and watched a lot of review videos. I really liked the amount of information that the Bip 6’s square screen provided. But I was looking for a watch I could wear for sport or dress, and I felt that the Bip 6’s large size wouldn’t really work well as a dress watch. The Fit 2 premium Square was twice the price Bip 6, but it was less than ½ the price of a comparable Samsung or Pixel watch. I’m hoping that the Saphire crystal lives up to the scratch resistance claims so I can at least save a few bucks on screen protectors 😊 I assumed that the premium square was brushed steel like the premium round. It wasn’t. It was polished stainless steel. I was a bit disappointed about that, but I can’t fault the watch for that, it was my mistake. But I have to say that with the right watch face chosen it’s still a pretty classy looking watch. The pseudo-leather band looks very dressy, and I was surprised that I even liked the orange sport band that came with it. It’s more of a burnt orange/pumpkin orange, not the bright orange I was expecting. The watch is great at tracking my rides. The battery on my old Samsung Active 2 usually did not last the entire day if I was using it to track a long ride. At the end of my recent day-long ride I still had over 70% battery left. A big plus The information display is great when riding. All the key info that I’m looking for is on the main ride screen, Distance, speed, time, heart rate. And the screen visibility is excellent, even in bright sunlight. A previous (cheaper) watch that I tried could not be viewed with polarized sunglasses. I had no similar issues with the Amazfit. The watch can be set to announce your progress at regular intervals during your ride/workout. It announces duration, distance and avg spreed. My Samsung also announced heart rate. I do wish the Amafit announced HR too. Hopefully someone from Amazfit checks the reviews occasionally and adds this feature. The Amazfit has about 150 built-in workouts. I was only interested in cycling but if you’re looking for a decent fitness tracker this watch will probably have you covered. My previous Samsung watch did not play well with the default Android messaging app. I needed to install a third-party app to be able to reply to messages from my watch. The Amazfit worked fine with the default google messaging app. It even seems to work with RCS messages which some less expensive wtches don't. I’d like to see a little more volume when answering call from the watch, but it is workable. Just a bit tough in noisy environments. This watch has a lot of features. I was initially getting frustrated trying to set it up. I received an email after registering the Zepp companion app for the watch. The email had a link to the user manual. That helped a lot. It is very customizable and after a little playing I have a watch that has all the information that I need a swipe or two away. So in summary – It’s a good-looking watch. It appears to be well made. It has all of the functions I could ask for and is an excellent fitness partner. Yes, there are a bunch of cheap “smart” watches out there. I even tried one. They are cheap for a reason. This watch approaches the functionality of the high-end watches without breaking the bank. I would highly recommend.

For reference, I use this watch with an iPhone 14, so setting up text message reply has been...I haven't figured it out for hours of trying. However, as a fitness and overall smartwatch, it's high quality. The bands are debatable. Some people will love and others will hate the watch bands included. I ended up buying another for mine to more comfortably fit my wrist as the stock leather band is a bit tight in my opinion. Battery life? 5 days and nights. For me, I use this day and night with all health-related tracking features on and I have it import into Apple Health and of course the Zepp app. The zepp app isn't as easy to navigate and use as built-in iPhone health app. For the price and overall features, I'll accept 5 days and nights before recharging and I don't plan on buying another Fruity watch in the future. Although there are other styles from this company and I own a smaller one with fewer capabilities, this one was the best value for the money for me because I needed to be able to track a lot of health data, and the Amazfit Active 2 can do what the smaller Amazfit watches can't, with upgraded sensors and features that stand out; especially in its new sensor array. For how it tracks, I don't use GPS as I cannot run. I'm a wheelchair user. I do not get turn by turn navigation when connected to my iPhone. I am going to give this my usual Disability Friendliness Rating. That's a bit complicated in this situation. This watch is made for athletes. It's made for people who can ambulate, run, exercise, and not for the sedentary. Being much more sedentary due to disabilities, and also needing feedback about my breathing, oxygen, heart rate, sleep apnea, and more, which this watch can do, I have all those features turned on. However, it's a bit annoying as a wheelchair and IV-pole user with limited mobility to get an app and watch that want me to do things I cannot do, including intense exercise. LIVING is intense exercise for me, daily. So the BioCharge (renamed feature) after a firmware and app update still just doesn't capture how I really feel (typically absolutely exhausted!). If you're buying this for disability-related features instead of running around your neighborhood or up a mountain type features, I'd give this watch a 3/5. You're still going to get data on heart rate but it's going to be compared to someone who, say, doesn't normally have tachycardia or bradycardia. There will eventually be, from other brands, trackers like watches and such which provide more health-centered metrics for people who have disabilities that impact them physically. This one is not it. And frankly, that part cost it a star. I'd thought I could customize it more to my disability-specific needs but I couldn't. So if you're looking for that kind of device, I'd say hold on or be willing to pay a premium for what is out there currently with subscription. Did I mention subscription? Well, Zepp app is free. But they will keep reminding you to use Aura, their paid subscription which provides soothing sleep sounds and such (you can try out the free trial and cancel before it's up and you get charged). I tried Aura, but for my budget, it wasn't worth the expense so I canceled before the free trial was up. Part of the selling point of the Amazfit watch lineup is that you don't NEED a paid subscription for many of their watches. However, be prepared to be reminded of the option to pay up. Font size can be small and seems to be fixed for many watch faces. For me, that's an annoyance. The smallest text, ("Monday" on my always-on watch face and the numbers for various metrics on my main face when I tap it) is very difficult to read. It is hard to find watch faces that show spO2 values, which I need. But there are MANY watch faces to choose from. At night, I have the watch turn the screen green at a set time. I do use always on display for Time, AM/PM, Month, Date and Day - your typical digital watch functions, and I keep the screen mostly black to conserve battery. It still looks neat. Reminder: the band shown in my pictures isn't stock - I bought one that fit me better.

I absolutely LOVE this watch! It's light, sleek-looking, well-made, and super-functional! I've loved every Amazfit watch I've ever purchased, from the Bip, to the GTR, the GTR4 to the the Active square model. This one has become my new favorite! It's essentially the GTR4 with newer features, but not as much memory. My GTR 4 is my go-to hiking watch because I can store larger maps on it; but for everyday use, the Active 2 is great and beats out the GTR 4 in many ways! I love the better sensors, especially for sleep-tracking, heartrate, and temperature. But this watch has improved the overall health metrics, so it helps me keep better track of things. The GPS is very accurate, the workouts enough for me (though they need to add some for cutting the grass and raking leaves! ). There are a lot of decent free watch faces to choose, and some really nice ones if you want to spend a little. I tend to go with the more modern digital look, although there are some great minimalist analog watch faces that look elegant as well. I didn't think I would like the band with all the holes, but it does help keep my wrist cooler during workouts. And I can always swap out the band. So many people have complimented on the look of the watch, and they are impressed with the features and battery life. I get about 10-12 days with regular use and a few GPS outdoor bike workouts during the week. People are also impressed at the Red Cross when I check in for platelet donations using the membership cards feature. I think people just can't believe this nice-looking watch can do so much....navigation, workouts, weather, music player, alarms, stopwatch, compass and barometer, blood oxygen, one-tap measuring of vitals, the more accurate sleep features...and on and on! I may have to give away my Active square watch, just because it's hard to take the Active 2 off (I love the square watch too...super light and almost the same features as this one!)! Anyway, for around $84 (probably less these days) you can't beat this. I know they've come out with newer models, but for general use, this can't be beat! I highly recommend it. Peace!

I have to say that this is a great watch. I have it paired with an iPhone and it works well for me. Phone calls sound loud and clear, blood oxygen and pulse are accurate from what I can tell. Works as well as my Apple Watch at a much reduced price. I love the traditional round look and the fact that it has a sapphire crystal. Not one scratch as of yet. Can't say that about my Apple Watch. I think I will upgrade to the new model though due to very little storage capacity in this one. I would love to download map data and I'd like to try the brighter screen on the Active 3. This screen is not bad but not as bright as the Apple Watch.

I've had this watch for only two days now, but MAN do I like it! It replaced my OnePlus Watch 3 43mm because I wanted something lighter with a lower profile. This Amazfit watch fits the bill and then some. As a retired senior I don't need - nor was I using - all the workout and athletic features on the OnePlus... but the Amazfit Active 2 Premium has them. What’s important to me is that the "Premium" designation means this model has the sapphire glass (which my OnePlus didn't) which makes it much more scratch resistant. It is lighter and more comfortable on my wrist and, because of the tapered case and bezel and lower profile, it slides in and out of sleeves and pockets without snagging like the OnePlus did. The AMOLED display can be set to super-bright (I have it at about 50%) and is very easy to see - even for my aging eyes. Using the app, I was able to select a minimalist analog face with a black background and just the minimum of data that I want. There was no need to adjust text size, either - very easy to read. I put the orange silicone strap that came with it in a drawer and the supplied leather strap looks nice and goes with any clothing (though the leather strap is a bit short, even on my not-so-large wrist). The watch is quite attractive. I like cloth straps and have one the proper size on order. The step tracking seems to be at least as accurate as my OnePlus was. The app was easy to install and set up (I have an Android phone) and the app quickly linked with the watch. Over 48 hours of use with a lot of screen time setting things up, downloading and syncing multiple watch faces, etc., battery usage has been about 10%. This would indicate to me that, with my normal use, the battery should last at least 10 days between charges. The Amazfit watch is great - and at less than half the price of the OnePlus.

This is my first smart watch and I'd say it's perfectly fine. It's easy enough to navigate and I do like the Zepp app much better than some other fitness apps. The battery in my experience is impressive and I don't notice a big drain on my phone battery from the Bluetooth connection...but I have some gripes: - I really don't think the sleep data is accurate. There were many times when I know I was awake or asleep and it showed the opposite, which means all their other data derived from sleep is more gimmicky than helpful. - The band that the watch comes with gave me contact dermatitis, which seems to be common. Why not just sell it with a breathable band? - All the watch faces are incredibly busy and cluttered. It's very hard to find a simple one. - I have pretty small wrists, and even the smallest size feels clunky and gets stuck on things. I mainly got it to track exercises, and remind me to move throughout the day, and see texts without taking out my phone, so for those purposes and the most recent price (sub $70) I'd say it's worth it, but I've given up wearing it to bed and I don't wear it every day anymore.

Pour la course à l'extérieur (fonctionne bien avec trava, detail au KM plus précis qu'avec le téléphone) Pour le lier à Strava, juste aller sur l'application de la montre et profil et liason des comptes tiers Lancer la course via la montre et a la fin de la course. Il enregistre sur strava directement sans toucher une fois à l'application au top Pour les messages, on peut répondre en vocal où il ecrit le texte et/ou un petit clavier ce met sur la montre pour écrire ou corriger ce qu'on a dit dans le vocal Franchement super content. Le seul inconvénient c'est quand on court avec la montre, tout les km, il te disent ton chrono et ton allure au km en anglais et actuellement on ne sait pas le mettre en français peut être durant d'autres mise a jours

Excelente producto. La verdad el reloj cumple con todas las expectativas, y creo que tiene lo mismo que otros de “gama alta” La verdad es muy buena opción para alguien que quiere enfocarse en el deporte como una herramienta. No le pide nada a relojes mayores de $2500 pesos.

Ya tengo unos cuantos meses usándolo, es increíble para lo que vale, sus funciones de ejercicio me gustaron mucho, personalización de caratulas y mediciones muy precisas, no le pide nada a relojes de gama mas alta, la batería me dura 4 dias dándole uso extremo y con always on display, me encanto

I was indeed “amazed” to see this Amazfit active 2 premium watch. And more so at this price range it worth each of your buck. I won’t write much on its gr8 features as it well written already by others. The look and feel of this gadget is impressive. It works well on each of its features viz fitness workouts, accuracy or heart beat and spo2 I loved the auto workout detection - a welcome change from my earlier fossil watch which was supposed to be a premium one and yet no such option. At this price range it beats most of its peers on functionality and effectiveness. Considering its awesome features and functions and utility - On price it has no competition at all. One more thing - it’s compatible with iPhone - works like a charm A sure go to product if you are a conscious fitness enthusiast !

Nice watch and good for casual and formal wear.
