Perfect! Just perfect! They are like mini thumbscrews that don't take up much space! Comes with a 2.5Hex bit socket just in case more tension is needed. Them being 8mm in length, this really helps with my custom rails as well as being able to hold the modules that can have varying face plate thicknesses. They are much quicker to get threading and for my customers to quickly add their modules and get making noise. No screw driver needed! The other reviews about the coating are true. The oxide layer does come off on your fingers and makes your fingers greasy, but it is a little thing if you plan on screwing in the screws and then leaving them alone. If you are constantly unscrewing and working with them, possibly cleaning them before use right out of the box, but I am not sure if the cleaning solution will take the black color off. No worries though from me! Great product! Update March 2026: If you smoke and accidentally spit and the wrong container, these will rust eventually. Spit/water will eat through the oxide...eventually, so keep these away from prolonged exposure to spit or water. I have no idea how long it takes. Also, I have only come across a few screws that are a bit rough on the the threads, but running the screw in and out a bit clears it up. I believe that this is just some build up from the oxide coating when they are sprayed down.
