Good
It’s a small bag just two pounds of course but for the price I would like a bigger bag. Product is good my husband loves making pounded yam with it.

Tastes great, for what it is
Pro: tastes great, 5 stars Con: as the (newly revised, thanks!) description says, this is not really pure iyan pounded yam, it is mostly potato. Nutritionally totally different, if you care about that. Deduct 2 stars.

mostly un-natural, white potatoes, hydrogenated oil, cornsyrup and chemicals, NOT YAM, contains sulfites (dangerous for some)
Very disappointed in this product! NOT Yam--it is Potatoes. Item description states "all-natural" pounded Yam. Here is from back of package: "Ingredients: Potato Granules (dehydrated white potatoes, mono and diglycerides, disodium dihydrogen diphosphate, sdium bisulphite & ascorbyl palmitate), Potato Starch, Shortening, hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate (milk derivative) sodium silicoalumionate, dipotassium phosphate, Yam Flour. Notice the Yam is listed LAST, not first!

I loved the taste
I loved the taste, funny enough I prefer it to the more popular brands but I expected a larger size for the price.

Not what I expected...
I was under the impression that this was pure yam flour. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I was very disappointed to find that it was mostly white potato flour, funky oil and a bunch of preservatives. I didn't even bother opening up the bag.
