Where is the Kamut grown?

I am not sure. My kid asked me what is Kamut and I did not know either. It is probably some magical grain that grows in some magical land and has magical properties. My child is not sure it is real and if that is the case ten Kamut probably grows in Neitherlands or Neverland but not sure exactly which one. In any case it tastes great, kind of like a puffed rice but with bit more substance to it. Fun. Buy it you will like it. We do.

Why is this over $11:00 when it sells for under 3$ at the supermarket?

No special reason, I would skip buying it from Amazon

Is the cornmeal used enriched ?

I am a buyer not a manufacturer. Having said that.. I would assume that organic standards do not allow for "enriched" options, at least that is what Whole Foods items that are organic claim to be, example: their all purpose organic flour. Other then that this is the brand that Whole Foods also carry, not sure if this particular item but that brand is present in other forms at Whole Foods so perhaps the same standards apply. To find out for sure and IF the manufacturer won't reply here or other buyers who know more then me then I would suggest look up the brand online and see their website FAQ page or ask the question there for sure answer. Hope this helps.
