I was expecting better quality of metal!Anyhow its ok!Generaly its accebtable!The metal is not so shiny and its seems to be second grade!

Poor quality
The metal is very thin with rough edges and the points on the tips are not cleanly cut. Not anywhere near as good as previously bought binders.

Very disappointing
These are NOT the octagonal-headed binders with round washers shown in the picture. They are round-headed binders with round washers. Premier-Grip paper binders previously bought(not through this supplier)have the words "Premier Grip" on the heads. These ones do not. Also previously bought Premier-Grip binders were octagonal-headed, like the ones in the illustration. A barcode label has been stuck on the outside of the box and calls them IXL Premier-Grip Paper Binders but the box itself is branded "Best STATIONERY" and says MADE IN CHINA. The binders are very soft and cannot be pushed through more than three pieces of 80gsm paper at a time, and you are more likely to have success if you restrict this to two pieces.
