Helps with sleep
I’ve had the best sleep since I’ve started taking this about 3 weeks ago. I no longer wake up throughout the night & sleep great. I will be repurchasing once my bottle runs out.

Ok supplement with big dosing requirement
Pros of these supplements are that they are vegan, don't taste weird, and didn't give my digestion problems. Con is that to get the recommended dose, you need to take 4 pills which is a huge amount. They are not small capsules either. I did find that I slept better and had less muscle twitching after taking these, even if I split the dose, so the formula does seem effective.

Sleep Like a Rock
I’ve been sleeping better than I have in years since starting this magnesium supplement about three weeks ago. I used to wake up throughout the night, but now I sleep deeply and wake up feeling rested. I haven’t changed anything else in my routine, so I’m crediting this entirely. No side effects, no weird aftertaste, and it’s already earned a permanent spot on my reorder list.

This is the real deal: genuine & effective Magtein magnesium
I've been taking a couple other brands of Magtein (a patented form of magnesium that targets the brain, developed at MIT) a couple hours before bedtime for over a year now. I've found it helpful for getting a good night's sleep as well as--I hope, having read up on it--for my longterm cognitive health. Magtein is fairly expensive, so I was pleased to have a chance to try this Ekkovision product for free through Amazon's Vine program. The sample bottle I received had something crossed out with black marker on its label (see my photo), possibly the lot number and expiration date, but the bottle was fully factory sealed and its contents seem fresh.I hadn't heard of this company before but it seems quite legit and high quality. It's comparable to my trusted Now brand of Magtein (the best-priced version I've found so far) in its recommended daily doseage, but it differs in that the Ekkovision Magtein requires 4 capsules/day versus only 3 for the Now Magtein, even though the pills are the same size (as shown in my photo). That difference makes the Ekkovision Magtein pricier as well as more cumbersome to take, hence I'm awarding it 4 stars instead of 5.I had been taking only 1/3 of the recommended 3 capsules a day of Now Magtein due to its cost. For the past few weeks I've been taking 1/2 of the recommended 4 capsules a day of Ekkovision Magtein, and that's definitely been more effective in promoting sound sleep than what I was doing previously. So this *is* really good stuff if you can afford it.

Middle of the road supplement with some questions.
There's no doubt, most Americans are deficient in Magnesium and if you want to focus on eliminating brain fog, then this MAY be for you. I like that this product puts the Magtein logo right on the front so you know it's a Magnesium L-Threonate supplement. The capsules are certainly easy to swallow but unfortunately, you have to take 4 at a time to get the recommended dose. One reviewer suggested a good option of opening the pills and pouring it into water to swallow but an additional step if you will. The front of the bottle says 2000 mg per serving but the ingredients label says 144 mg per serving. Someone would have to explain that one to me. Which is it? I didn't notice much difference while taking these but to be fair, even though I am old, I have a pretty sharp mind, no brain fog. It's a month supply for kind of a steep price so be aware of that BUT all Threonate is a little more pricey. It simply costs more to produce it. Proceed with caution being mindful that it's working for you but there may be better options out there.

Amazing for sleep
I have not noticed an increase in my sleep quality after supplementing magnesium remotely comparable to this product. I usually just supplement glycinate, which I found helps my sleep quality immensely. However, I heard about this specific kind of magnesium passing the blood-brain barrier and being better. I thought it was a bit gimmicky, but I'm glad I gave it a shot. I have more energy in the mornings, probably due to the better sleep, and my sleep scores have been the highest they've ever been. I will likely take this product consistently for the rest of my life. Never did I expect to get an excellent sleep score every night, but now I think it's strange when I don't.

Price is steep, does not seem effective.
I wasn't really sure what to expect from these capsule but nothing at all sure didn't cross my mind. I'll start with the pluses (which do not even come close to outweighing the cons so don't mistake this part of my review!): the capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless. That's it, no more pluses. Now for the cons: number 1 (obviously), they don't seem to do anything at all. I have not noticed a signal even tiny difference since starting to use these. The price is extremely steep for essential nothing at all. The serving size is 4 capsules so that's a lot of who knows what to be putting into your body. Look elsewhere for a more trusted brand!

L-Threonate is effective for the brain
L-Threonate is one of the more effective magnesium supplements for the brain because it easily crosses the blood brain barrier. I’ve noticed this to be true, though it does require more capsules than other types of magnesium. I like that this brand uses the patented form of L-Threonate called Magtein. I also like that the brand claims it is third party tested. I would love to see those reports available.
