I had troubles deciding how to rate this. The item itself is 5 stars. It's the only lip balm that I use anymore. My local store is out so I decided to try online. I placed 10 of them in my cart and was surprised to see almost $17 for shipping!!! I hope this is an error, but I deleted it from my cart. The shipping shouldn't be higher per item than the actual item and charged for each of them separately.
