Likely both, some of the ingredients have acute effects like Citrulline and Beta alanine, some like Creatine are more cumulative. I don't think this formula needs to be cycled.

💚I don't see where the package mentions the size of the scoop. Are we supposed to just guess that it is 500 mg? Do we need a scale? What size is it?

pretty sure its 250mg. But uh yeah I want the scoop, it's quite useful. start with 2 scoops. leveled scoops. Unless you're making capsules. I usually have about 3 scoops. And the scoop is always the same size. Don't be a fool and think ill start with 4 scoops, because I can handle it or something idiotic like that. Don't do that alright. You're welcome.

Definetly Legit just be very careful with dosing

Definitely legit, because of some sciencey stuff like the MAOI that breaks this down, if you take a normal dose like what it says on the package, you will likely feel nothing, as it will be broken down before it can produce effects. However, if you take a significant dose on an empty stomach, usually over 2 grams depending on your weight and other factors, then HOLY you feel it. I felt like god came inside of me, and I started tweaking because I took too much. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH THE DOSE, START SMALL AND WORK YOUR WAY UP. THIS IS A STRONG STIMULANT AND COULD HAVE SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS IF YOU TAKE TOO MUCH.

This stuff works. It's tastes horrible as others have said. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes to kick in. You feel euphoric for about an hour. Be very careful with the dose. It's strong. After you drink it, (mix with something that can mask the taste), be sure to rinse your mouth and lips. It kind of burns your lips a little. My top lip became swollen and peeled a bit.
