It really works!
Starts working the minute you do. I wish I tried it sooner. Day one itching and discharged stopped; noticeable burning sensation but not uncomfortable or concerning almost maybe warming. Idk if that has to do with me specifically anyhoo I took advice from another reviewer who said go with the 3 day. I will reorder as backup for any emergencies. Budget friendly and so convenient without going in store. Worked the best compared to prescription brands over the years.

Effective Cream with Minor Flaws
Edit Update: Yes! This product did cure my yeast infection! Initially I wasn’t entirely sure if it was cured since I still felt burning sensation after my last dose. But it’s completely gone! Would I recommend? Only if you can tolerate uncomfortable levels of burning and do not want to go through the hassle of trying to get a prescription. Although I might look into getting one if there is a next time. For those wondering, yes. You will experience a burning sensation after insertion. Although be sure you are properly lubricated or do it after taking a shower so it inserts smoothly. Doing it while you're dry is not a fun experience. After inserting the medical cream, I did have a burning sensation about 7/10. I used an ice pack and took ibuprofen. It helps to die down the burning & itching. The feeling was gone in the 1st morning, now it lingers for the lasts two days. I will update my review if it truly cured my yeast infection. Also- be sure you do lie down afterwards. I had an experience of waking up with cream ‘everywhere’. You can wear a pantyliner to minimize the possible mess but I tried doing this and using the ice pack at the same time which makes the ice pack less effective. I say use your best judgement.

Very Effective, Worth Saving a Few Dollars
The 3-day dose works just as well as name brand Monistat! It’s definitely worth saving a few bucks to get the exact same treatment. Unfortunately due to sweating for 8+ hours at work, I wound up with a yeast infection. Decided to give this a try, and symptoms had mostly cleared by the second dose and completely the day after the third dose. For a couple of hours after the first dose, itching increased a bit, but this happens to me with all cream miconazole treatments. I absolutely recommend wearing a panty liner if you use it during the day, because it will leak. Even if you take it at night, you may notice some of the medication has come out the next day. That said, leaking does not reduce effectiveness, it will work just as well.

Not Exactly a Glamorous Purchase but It Did What It Was Supposed To
Let's be honest, nobody is excited to shop for yeast infection treatment. You just want something that works, is easy to use, and helps you get back to feeling normal. This checked all of those boxes for me. The instructions were clear, the applicators were easy to use, and the cream was simple to apply. I appreciated that the three day treatment fit easily into my routine, and the product was packaged well. The cream stayed where it was supposed to, and I noticed steady improvement over the course of the treatment. By the end, I was feeling much more comfortable and relieved that I didn't have to make an unnecessary trip for something I could manage at home. For the price, it's an excellent value. It did exactly what I hoped it would do without any unnecessary fuss. This isn't the kind of product you brag about buying, but it's definitely the kind you're grateful to have when you need it. Future me is thankful past me clicked "Add to Cart."

Works but burns
This product definitely works, but burns after inserting and in the morning when the product is coming out.

What a journey... It works though.
Okay the 1st day was rough. It makes you itch, but if you can survive it the following 2 days may not be as bad. Stick it as far up as possible before you push it in. It will clear you up. Okay now I will give you a lecture. Make sure you wear loose breathable clothes moving forward (stay away from polyester based clothing or the like for those parts, cotton or breathable only!), Summer's Eve or the like ONLY to wash your privates, Keep a cool temperature if possible in your home to keep a good climate (the less sweaty for her the better), wipe front to back, be wary of bidets and wipes, make sure the bidet and water source is clean, make sure the wipes are hypoallergenic, and lastly, if you like to get down and busy, make sure the partner is CLEAN and WRAP IT UP! If your intended partner's private looks strange or have any strange looking bumps or sores, RUN LIKE THERE IS A FIRE! RUN FOR THE HILLS FROM WHICH COMES YOUR HELP! Okay the lecture has concluded. I am not responsible for any mental or emotional damage.

Burning of a 1000 Suns, Itching of a 1000 Misqueto Bites
Day 1 After days of an obvious yeast party, down under... the Miconazole 3 finally, FINALLY arrives. Sweet salvation is in site! The first thing I realize is that this is not the... insertion method I normally get. It states I need to put in my first one just before I fall asleep as you need to remain lying down afterward. It's currently morning. I whimper and set it aside. Finally, my first night arrives. I go to put my first one in and realize I am so swollen down there that I can only get the tube in halfway. It will have to do. I push the ointment in. It is at this exact moment I realize that I've made a grave mistake. The burning starts first. As if instead of ointment, I put a fully hot curling iron up there. As that begins to spread both inside and out, I madly grab for the box, looking for the burn/itch cream that normally comes with these things. This is where I realized I had made my second ginormous mistake: I ordered the Miconazole WITHOUT THE ITCH/BURNING LOTION!!! I burst into tears as, on top of the burning, the Itch begins. A tickle here... a tickle there... OMG, THE ITCH IS EVERYWHERE DOWN THERE! I dig desperately through the cupboard for something to help...anything...please God please! But alas, there is nothing. I go to bed and spend the night breathing through the pain and itch, forcing myself not to scratch. Day 2 The next day, I had to put a pad on because the yeasty discharge was now so bad. It feels like I'm on my monthly only what's coming out is icy. I have to change said pad twice throughout the day. In the meantime, the symptoms that made me by the Miconazole in the first place are 10x worse than the day before. At least the burning and most of the Itching from last night is gone. I tell myself, better out than in... maybe the Miconazole is working, and my body is just pushing all the yeast out at once. Then it was time, I was terrified of another night, like the one before. Now, however, I had maximum strength ointment. I quickly Google if I should put the ointment on before the Miconazole. Google says Miconazole first, and I whimper in fear. This time, I am determined that the long plastic tube is going all the way up! I proudly get it further up and, with great reluctance, push the medication in. I pull it out quickly before starting to immediately slather the already open and ready tube of ointment everywhere down there. The pain begins to soothe, now just a distant blow torch instead of the full-on sun. The Itching is still there, but instead of a thousand Misqueto bites, it's just a lite bout of the chicken pox. Laying down in bed, holding the now closed ointment like a tiny stuffed animal, I realize that there is a strange smell wafting up from down there. I vaguely remember smelling it the night before as it was not the normal yeast smell but had been in too much agony to care. Now, however, I realize it smells just like the box hair dye I always use because I'm broke. Exhausted, I fell asleep. Day 3 I wake up and realize the box hair dye smell is gone again and has been replaced by the now normal yeast smell. I go to change my pad as this one is full and realize I am running low on pads and am due to start my monthly any day now. I open my banking app and also realize that the ointment I am still carrying around with me everywhere took the last bit of money I had. So pads are going to need to be used sparingly, which means I'm going to be changing my undergarments often from here on out. Yay... It still feels like I am on a very cold monthly down there, and I do, in fact, have to change out my underwear five times throughout the day as they are not just a little gross. The ointment is also getting more use as the itching continues. The night arrives, and with it, the final dose of Miconazole. I manage to get it all the way up again and repete the night before. And yep, it definitely now smells like a box hair dye down there. Day 4 You wake up and have to change your underwear once again. It's time to start a load of laundry if I want underwear for the rest of the day. I realize the yeast infection that started it all is now a lot worse than it had been before I took the Miconazole Shouldn't by now, there be some relief?!? Is this like a Z-pack? Does the medication keep going even after you are done taking it? I somehow, very much doubt it. I realize it's time to find the funds to go to my doctor's, then pay for a Perscription for something that hopefully (please, please, please) is not given from down there. Miconazole was an epic fail. One star would not recommend.

Trust the process
I was hesitant due to reading about the burning on day one. All I gotta say is they were not lying. You def have to be strong minded and try to sleep immediately because that burning was no joke. Luckily ima stoner so I was tryna smoke to distract my mind and then I fell asleep. Hang in there! There’s a reason to the madness! Day 2 I barely felt any burning so Ima take it as day one in hell was needed. Ima day treatment 3 still just to make sure it’s all cleared. But don’t take this if you can’t hang. It’ll be a waste of money for you
