My appetite has considerably reduced since I started taking this once a day in the morning so I would like to believe it is doing something. The only issue I have with this is it clumps pretty badly especially in cold liquids so you have to be careful when mixing it. I can't speak for any other benefits, I haven't seen any difference in energy.

Nice product

Very good product with clear instructions on how to take and what to expect week wise. It's not a magic pill, so one has to be patient. After 2 months of consumption, I feel a great difference in my overall health. Digestion has improved, energy levels are high and sleep is also better. My gut bacteria are definitely enjoying this prebiotic food. :D Thank you GutBasket for taking care of my gut! :)

I use the inulin powder to make L-Reutri and L-Gasseri curd by Dr Willaim Davis. Many people face bacterial overgrowth due to contaminated inulin. I have faced no such issues while using my first batch purchased from this brand (GutBasket). Shall update here if any of the batches purchased in future are contaminated.

No taste.. no flavour.. great

I had earlier purchased inulin powder and successfully made L. reuteri yoghurt without any issue. Based on that experience, I reordered this product. Unfortunately, the quality this time is extremely poor. Because of the bad quality of this inulin powder, all four batches of yoghurt got completely spoiled, resulting in wastage of time, effort, and ingredients. The product did not ferment properly at all, which clearly indicates inconsistency or sub-standard quality. This is very disappointing, especially when the product is used for probiotic and health purposes where quality is critical. I would not recommend this seller/product unless strict quality control is ensured. Buyers should be cautious.
