Great pro pre biotic. No stomach upset. No weight loss but I also have messed up hormones. Does make me feel better when I remember to take them consistently. No smell. No after taste.

This is a must have if you are having problems with your digestive tract! I had suffered for several months and after reading about this on a site dedicated to health decided to try! This is for the Tributyrin supplements. I waited until I had taken these a little while before I left a review. Works great. Gets your gut health on track fast. This worked better than one of the doctors that sell their gut health remedies online. I don't want to slam anyone as it could have been me rather than their product that didn't work well. This one worked for me. It is a liquid inside the capsules. You do not taste anything including not tasting after effects. I highly recommend these.

Really helps with constipation but I take 4 at a time twice a day
