I’ve owned this unit for quite some time now and have used it in three different vehicles: a Mitsubishi Shogun, an Audi TT, and now my Mitsubishi L200. Across all installations, it has performed reliably without any connection issues. Setup is straightforward, and it connects easily via Bluetooth or AUX input depending on your vehicle. Every time I start the car, my phone connects automatically and gives access to everything I need, including navigation, music, and calls. The screen is clear and responsive, and the interface is easy to use while driving. It has remained stable and dependable throughout long-term use and multiple vehicle transfers. I didn’t originally have much use for the reverse camera, but since installing it in my L200, it has become much more useful. I’ve positioned it so it can also provide visibility of the rear seat area when needed, which is a reassuring feature when travelling with a newborn. Build quality has proven to be solid, as it has handled repeated installation and removal without any faults or performance issues. Brilliant car tablet. Takes a minute to set up and works really well with android auto. The accessories to attach to the car are also really good. Screen size is perfect and very clear. This is good value for money. Only minor criticism is that the built in mic isn't as strong as a phone mic or car.

Bought this for our MGTF convertible, our weekend car, it has a Kenwood radio fitted, but my wife wants to use Spotify, a new DAB Kenwood radio is around £100 - £130. With this unit you get all the benefits so Apple car play, so Sat Nav, Spotify etc. I can ditch the current Sat Nav and use this which is constantly updated. Had to attend an exhibition in Scotland so used a hire van, tested the unit in that, see photo, worked great, large screen and very easy to set up the Bluetooth connection. Comes with all connections and mounts and a reversing camera, although I probably wont use that. Great item for the price, recommended. UPDATE - April 2025 - Been using it for 2 months now, can fault this, works very well, great value for money, only minor issue we have it if you use a different phones, mine or my wife, then your have to re set it, it will not remember or toggle between two phones. Highly recommended.

This is a superb unit at an unbelievable price. I am very particular about what I buy and I always need quality. This has everything I need. It has modernised my car and brought functions I never had before. The screen is the perfect size and works flawlessly. Very responsive. I used to play Spotify through a bluetooth/aux adapter and it wouldn't always connect but this is hard wired through the Aux and the sound quality is perfect. I love having Google maps and Spotify available without going on my phone to do it. It connects automatically when I get in my car in just a few seconds. I wouldn't want a bigger screen or so.ething that feels or looks cheap. I highly recommend this unit and after much research, I'm glad I chose it. There's honestly not a single thing I would change about it

I'll admit, I was nervous ordering this. There are so many of these around and so many of the YouTube videos giving them coverage are paid sponsorships, so it's hard to separate fact from fiction. After about 3 hours of research I settled on this one as it seemed to be a newer model compared to the rest. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised about what arrived. In the box you get the device itself, two different mounts (windscreen and dashboard), some M3 adhesive pads to add extra stick to the mounts if you need them, a cigar socket to USB-C charger (the cigar socket has a passthrough on it for an additional USB cable which is handy if you want to charge your phone and use this), a manual, a 3.5mm aux lead and loads of little other accessories. My reason for getting this was that I drive a 1997 Peugeot 306 Convertible with its original stereo. This stereo cannot be modified to accept an AUX input and I didn't want to replace the head unit as I like to keep the car stock. I have become reliant on Apple CarPlay in my other cars and wanted to modernise the Peugeot. Seeing as Avylet does FM Transmission to send audio to the head unit I thought it could be a good solution. And...it is. The device itself is solid, the plastic is good quality and strong and nothing rattles or creaks. The screen is bright and clear even at a distance and the viewing angles are really good. I will say it's perhaps a bit too reflective in the sun but I think a matte screen protector will solve this in the long run. It's very easy to use, the menus are all pretty self explanatory. You can adjust the brightness, set a timed schedule for dimming it at night and lots of other little tweaks. The settings allow you to set the driving position which also moves the icons in Apple CarPlay to the correct side for RHD drivers. You a choose from 4 audio output options, the device itself (which is ok but not something I could see anyone using) Bluetooth, AUX and FM. FM is my only choice in this car and it works really well and actually sounds very decent. I settled on 108.0 as the frequency and I've driven a good few hours and nothing has interfered with it. There's a tiny bit of background noise when there's no audio coming through but when driving you don't really notice it due to engine and road noise. As for CarPlay, the wireless function works fantastically. Other devices I've seen reviews on it takes a while for the unit to boot up and then you have to wait a while for CarPlay to kick in. Not so with the Avylet, I kid you not it takes about 5 seconds from ignition on to CarPlay. Really impressive. It's not the smoothest to interact with, scrolling has a bit of lag but it's not terrible, touch is very responsive so it's very useable. The microphone built into the device is also quite good, I'll be honest I haven't tested it with calls (nobody calls me much these days anyway) but it picks up Siri for voice commands with no trouble whatsoever even when I have the roof down in the car and it's windy so I rarely need to touch the screen anyway I just tell it what to do. Next we come to mounting options. In the box you get a sort of stand up mount that sticks to the dashboard (which I haven't used as there's no space on my dash) and a window mount. The window mount is really good, not only is it adjustable so it can be used on glass or the dash itself at any angle, but it's telescopic with a good reach so there's loads of scope to get the device where you want it. In my 306 the dash is an unusual shape and the windscreen is quite small, but thanks to the adjustability of the arm I managed to get it sitting somewhere it's not in the way and due to the short and wide aspect of the device it's not an obstruction to my driving vision. I have since gone one step further and built myself a cassette adapter (Avylet if you're listening, please consider making something like this), with lots of tape glue and lollipop sticks so I can now mount it directly into my head unit but this is a personal choice due to how limited the space is in the 306, but if you have a normal car, there's likely a million different places you can mount yours due to how flexible this is. Finally I will say that support seems pretty good as well, I registered for the warranty and they came back to me right away and it wasn't an automated email, there is someone there on the other end which is rare these days. Anyway. For the price I paid I'm impressed. It's obviously never going to be as good as native CarPlay in a headhunt but if you're in a situation where you want to modernise a car which has limited options, it's a good option.

If you are wanting to add CarPlay to your vehicle in a cost effective manner, I highly recommend this product. Very easy set up and install, I was able to hide the wires in my dash and appreciated the adhesive clips to keep the cords out of the way. I think it was a great feature to have more than one option for how to connect your cars audio to the screen, for instance, my car does not have an AUX, so I run the Bluetooth feature. The product will Bluetooth connect to my phone for CarPlay quicker than my phone connects to my car Bluetooth!! It’s very fast and reactive to your touch and button use! Love how I can still use my steering wheel buttons! I personally did not set up the camera that came with the product, as my car has a screen with a lane watch camera as well as a backup camera from factory. I purchased the screen as I have a 2015 Honda Civic touring. (EX-L in America) and to get a head unit that supports CarPlay and two camera inputs is very expensive. If you’re on the fence, this product is a great way to increase technology in your older model car at a very good price!!!

Installation sans problème, aussi bien la fixation que l'appairage Bluetooth et AndroidAuto. Rien ne manque dans la boîte, tout est bien pensé : - 2 systèmes de fixation, en commandant je pensais utiliser le pied autocollant, j'ai finalement opté pour la ventouse (fournie avec disque adhésif pour planche de bord) car elle m'a permis de mettre l'écran plus bas -> pas de gêne visuelle, voir photo. Donc gros avantage d'avoir ces 2 possibilités. - 1 adaptateur allume cigare qui possède en plus une prise USB-C qui permet de charger son tél. - la caméra de recul , pas encore installée mais ça ne saurait tarder 😊 Pour le prix, vous avez un écran plus grand qu'un téléphone, et surtout plus besoin de fixer le tél sur le support : il reste dans la poche ou le sac 😁 Et la cerise, c'est de pouvoir choisir entre écran full Waze (ou autre appli GPS) ou avoir une grande fenêtre pour le GPS et une fenêtre supplémentaire pour Deezer (ou autre).

I’m really impressed with both the product and the customer support. The support team was excellent — they helped me change the startup logo to exactly what I wanted. The whole process took about 5 minutes, so it’s very quick and easy. They also provide clear step-by-step instructions and video tutorials, so everything is straightforward. The device itself works perfectly. It connects to my phone automatically every time I start the car, without any issues. Android Auto runs smoothly and makes navigation and calls much easier and safer while driving. The only small downside is that the rear camera has a slightly narrow field of view — that’s the only thing I could point out. Other than that, everything is great. I definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a system like this — it really improves the driving experience.
