I've shopped around for a good quality low cost solution for my printing and plotting needs. The cost of inks and toners has skyrocketed in the past few years with no obvious improvement's in color quality or ink life. Miss Deer is the first ink that I have trusted with my plotter other than the OEM brand. I am pleased with the results and plan to make Miss Deer my new Ink Supplier.

I unfortunately did not need to change the cartridge until just after the 30 return window. When inserted the cartridges do an initial ink fill of the print head but as the print head prints a page and demands more ink from the cartridge, it doesn't respond resulting in the ink running out and the page being half printed.I then replaced this brand of cartridge with another brands cartridge and the HP ploter then plotted drawings just fine with no errors or missed lines.I determined therefore that this must be a cartridge error however i can't return or replace them. This was my first time switching to this brand. Sadly i will not be able to stick with their great prices since they don't work.

The color of the ink is great and I can’t see any difference compared with HP original ink cartridge that comes with the printer.However, the edges/lines are not sharp enough compared with original hp inks, which still persists after cleaning printhead a couple of times. Printing with “best quality” seem to help a little bit but it’s much slower.Overall, I think it has great value and good enough for my daily usage. For serious tasks, I may still buy a set of HP inks to back me up.

This ink is cheaper than box stores! And the quality is amazing

I don't knw if it's the Ink we received or this is the way this product is, but yellow comes out Green, Blue/Cyan comes out Navy Blue, Magenta/Red comes out maroon. No matter what program we print from or color settings we use (printer color pallet or application color pallet) the colors are way darker then they should be. It has to be the ink that's the wrong colors.4/12/2024 - Seller has contacted me since my original review. They did a great job with supporting me attempting to troubleshoot what might be wrong with the ink. In the end they ended up shipping me a new set of ink that was indeed better. Their customer support is great.

I have used 3 boxes (working on my 4th) of the ink and the print quality is just as good as the HP cartridges that came with the printer.I did have a minor issue with one cartridge (in my 4th box) that was quickly resolved by Sophia after I sent a message to the seller.She responded very quickly and provided a positive solution to my difficult problem. I wish there were more places that provided customer service like this.The only only complaint I have with the product itself (if I'm going to nitpick) is after the ink is sitting for a while (several days) you may need to run a print head cleaning or two to get back to normal print quality, this could also be the case with the HP ink but I haven't tested it for that long due to their ridiculous cost.I figure even with the little bit of ink I go through to do the occasional print head cleaning I am still way ahead cost wise compared to getting the HP branded ink.Thanks for providing an affordable alternative to HP!

WOW! I mean Wow I can’t believe they are selling this. The black looks great but as you can see that’s the only primary color that they got correct. The yellow looks more like bronze than yellow. For people that don’t know the test pint in the picture is a print that only prints 100% of the primary colors. It shows each nozzle (the lines to the right of the color bar) so you know if the nozzle is clogged. As you can see this printhead is working perfectly. My printhead is now contaminated and will likely need to be replaced.

I purchased two boxes of the replacement ink so I could have plenty available when it was needed. I replaced all 4 cartridges that came with my printer, three of the cartridges worked really well. The Magenta cartridge began to release color excessively on the first print, and the problem grew as I continued to print additional pages. Finally, I replaced the Magenta cartridge with one of from the second set I purchased and the problem was solved. Sadly, the return window was closed. You may want to only purchase a current supply of this product.
