I absolutely love this pillow. I had such terrible neck pain and now over a year I have not had to go to the chiropractor. It has helped to relieve my neck pain. I am a back and side sleeper and it is comfortable and supportive in either position. It has kept its firmness and shape so far. I sleep great! It also had a cover to make for easy washing.

I have two herniated disc in my spine and wake up every morning with pain in my neck and back. I literally had the pillow one night and had surgery yesterday in my lower back, there is no pain in the neck at all. This also has helped me eliminate a ton of pain out of my back. I have used multiple pillows over the last 24 hours and this is the only one that helps elevate pressure in the surgery point. 100% recommend this. I am a mover at night with a sleep apnea machine and for the first time I'm 3 years I didn't fight the mask and the pillow for comfort. Amazing! It has dual height and the thickness is amazing. Was experiencing sciatica pain and tried the pillows. After two nights, the pain diminished significantly. I struggle to sleep on my back, but this pillow has helped. You’re not limited to sleeping on the back because of the contours that facilitate side sleep as well. It made a difference. The height is a little higher than I prefer, and it is firmer than I usually like, but to neck support is there. I’d like to see if the improvement is sustained with continuous use.

You won't be disappointed. Firm yet soft and forms comfortably around your neck, goes back into shape after use. Plus has a place you can rest your arm on. My pain went from 7 to 2 in a week definitely recommend this pillow, also would make a great gift worth every penny.

Finally needed to upgrade my pillow as the one I was sleeping on is pretty old and hurts my neck. This works for people who sleep on there back and side! My neck no longer hurts every night. Feels cold, firm & puffy, light and has a odd shape to it but it works perfectly. 10/10

I waited to write this a few days to see what I thought. The pillow does have a smell to it. I put a freshly cleaned pillow case over it to help out and to keep it clean. The pillow is firm but also soft, keeps shape. The first night, I tossed and turned from back to sides, my spine cracked many times to adjust. When I woke up my jaw and ears kind of hurt. The second night I slept soundly and even drooled, can't remember the last time I did that in my sleep. My shoulders definitely feel not as tight as they have been in a while. I can tell my body is getting adjusted. I'm going to let my spouse try it tonight and get more feedback. Edit add: It doesn't fully stop snoring but most certainly cuts it down. We noticed leg blood circulation is much better as well. Blood glucose numbers drop a bit over night too.

Good quality pillow, but very dense / heavy. Too firm for my neck right out of the box, even with the insert removed. Too tall for my neck even with the insert removed. Its supposed to have two heights but there wasn't enough of a height difference to accommodate my neck. It's going to hold the shape well but will need to be broken in before it is useable for an entire night of sleep.

This pillow was a game changer for me and my neck pain. The only down side is it smelled very chemically when I first opened it. It took almost a week to air out. Still glad I tried it. My arms were going numb before using pillow and no longer do after using. My neck pain is gone and I sleep through the night.
