Machine works superbly! No leaks, great thickness, great for an hot day! Upon unboxing machine, it was packaged very well. Instructions were read, machine was washed prior to use. Instructions stated that at 27.6° it would be ready to serve in 20 minutes. I was skeptical at best, however, in 20 minutes, it was ready. I decided to use the custom setting set it down to 19° which was way too cold by the way. I found at 30 minutes at 26.2°. It was coming out thick enough that the kids would have to eat it with a spoon. Also at that degree, it seemed if you wanted to add an adult beverage to it post freeze and mix it in would make for perfect yummy adulting. I ran two batches one watermelon, which took 20 minutes to the point where it was ready. Also ran a second batch immediately after, which was mango, and it took less time due to the fact the machine was already cooled down.. So far very happy. I will post additional reviews in the future if for some ODD reason, the machine disappoints.

I have been using this for over a week. Excellent product at a great price. Very easy to use and clean up is just as easy. Highly recommend this product

Works great- love it!! Make sure to follow directions on alcohol and sugar content to get the right consistency. Used all summer in 95 degree heat poolside in Georgia and made perfect drinks.

It's easy to use and fairly easy to clean. A majority of the parts come apart for easier cleaning. Finding the balance between alcohol to mixer has been a time lol but the booklet comes with a recipe guide for the optimal freezing. Most things freeze quickly It doesn't take up much counter top space and has definitely come in handy for parties. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that after using it ~12 or so times, the machine has gotten louder. There's a notable whining sound (loud enough to hear over a washing machine or talking) that didn't exist when I first got it. It sounds like it's coming from the rotary function as it's mixing to freeze things. It doesn't seem to impact the quality of the freeze but it does kinda kill the ambiance of a gathering

First machine arrived broken, , contacted customer support and they sent out a new machine quickly. Amazing customer service! Second machine works flawlessly. Highly recommend!

This machine is worth the money!

This works well overall. It will not bring higher ABV drinks to a slush consistency like a commercial unit, but I didn't expect it to. For slightly less potent drinks, it's perfect. I've only used it for a few weeks so far, but it's holding up well.

Realmente nos sorprendió, la calidad, los ricos que salen los granizados, la hemos estado probando con diferentes jugos, refrescos, aguas de sabor, etc.. Realmente un imperdible para los días de calor o para un fin de semana que se te antoje algo muy fresco Y aparte nosotros no compramos en general helados, sino Nieves que están hechas con agua, ya con esto, podemos tomar nieve cada vez que queramos. Un granizado nivel semi grueso, tarda 20 minutos, pero si lo quieres finito, tardará aproximadamente unos 40 minutos

Buena , solo que hay que agarrarle el modo con las bebidas por el azúcar, si no tiene azúcar , nunca se hace
