Way Over Priced for its Size
Easy to assemble and instructions are good. The photo showing the thing assembled has the wire base upside down. LOL But, for a novice this would be a good way to start and determine if this is something you want to do. Totally my fault for not paying attention to the photo showing the dimensions! For a few dollars more I could have gotten one twice this size. The legs/base is too short to get a container under it to drain the liquid from the faucet unless you place it so that the faucet is out over the edge of a table or a taller base. The very short legs also make it more difficult to place each leg in a container of water and mineral oil to keep the ants out. (I had to use jar lids.) I'm in Florida so ants are always a problem, especially since I won't use anything toxic for pest control. (Terro Ant Control works in almost all situations.) I expect to move about 20% of my worms to this and likely keep it in the guest bathroom that gets very little use. It's small enough and lightweight enough that it should do well and be easy to keep. I'll keep shopping for a larger one to replace the old one I have on my screened porch.

It’s tiny!
It’s too small to function properly. I thought it would be comparable to other worm towers at half price but it’s like 10x9 inches. Once I got the bedding down and added one kitchen scrap session it was full and the bins wouldn’t sit properly allowing for worms to escape. Like how much input and output would you get from as system like this and is it worth it extra work to keep your worms alive. Feels like a scam cus your worms would be dead by the Amazon return period expired. Get the better proven system or DIY one for a fraction of the price. P.S I struggled to get the spigot on and had to clean up the plastic with a razor. Poor quality control and no breathing holes either

Limited space?
Works fairly well on my deck. Maybe I should’ve bought a bigger one, but it’s not a bad starter size. Definitely needs protection from the rain, though, since it accumulates in the bottom through the cracks between the levels.

Missing coconut coir
The size is perfect for a kitchen countertop. The color is perfect for my kitchen. The only thing was the coconut coir was missing. Good thing I have some peet moss in my garden and just used that.

Worm farm container
This has worked perfectly for my little worm farm. My worms are thriving and I am seeing new worms emerging.
