Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density, Peptide-Powered Formula for Thicker, Fuller Looking Hair

I found out that a lot of oils feed the yeast that lives on your scalp which can make your dandruff worse and can be hard to wash out. This hydrates my scalp and doesn't leave it looking greasy or feeling greasy because of how light weight it is. The peptides are a huge bonus for hair growth as well. My hair gets thinner in times of stress, but this seems to be helping combat that.

I'm on a GLP-1 for weightloss and realized at the end of last year that my hair was definitely thinning (I spent months going back and forth: "I think it's thinning; maybe not; maybe? I'm not sure; yes, DEFINITELY thinner!"), so started researching how to fix it, and decided oral minoxidil was the way to go (I have cats, not risking their health with topical). I made an appointment with my doctor for the script (of course, had to wait a few months to get in), doc ran some tests, everything came back normal, then she said she didn't want to give me oral minoxidil because I'm of childbearing age with no children. So I had to go with plan B. That's where The Ordinary's hair serum comes in. And I am so glad I found it! This serum has fixed my hair loss! I have SO MANY BABY HAIRS!!! I started using it in April (bought during their anniversary sale), and now, in September, my hair is filling back in again. I did not see "instant" results, it actually caused a shed that I almost didn't make it through. The Ordinary's website says you may experience a slight shed; that's a lie, I experienced more than a "slight" shed! And my shed lasted longer than their website says it lasts. But I pushed through, kept using the product, and I'm so glad I did. My hair started shedding within a couple weeks of starting, and lasted for about a month (I had full on breakdowns in the bathroom a couple times, seeing how much thinner my hair was getting). A couple of months into use, I started seeing, what I thought, were seeds of new growth ("Is that new growth? Am I imagining that? Is that just hopeful-seeing new growth?") By the end of July, a solid three months into use, it was undeniable, I definitely had baby hairs! And my hairdresser had even commented that I was losing a lot less hair when she washed it. Now, in September, five months into use, my baby hairs range in length from one inch to four inches. I use more than a couple of drops of product, and I use it about five to six nights a week. A bottle lasts me about 6 weeks. The serum is thin and watery, and easy to apply. I have not had any irritation with it, and it doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy. But I wouldn't say it's unnoticeable in the hair, either. I can definitely feel that there is product in my hair after I've applied the serum (and it actually gives my roots a much-needed boost). I'm on my fourth bottle now, and plan to continue to use this product for the foreseeable future (just waiting for the next sale to buy in bulk). As is, this is an excellent value for the money. I know there are other products, with the same ingredients, charging four to five times what this one costs. I'm so glad I found this one before wasting my money on those others!

Long story spent a year and 3 months having teeth pulled and dental implant abutments put inside my gums.This stress if so much novocaine and many dental treatments caused my already thinning hair go into telogen effluvium. So I deeply panicked im a veteran with ptsd and anxiety so I completely shut down .I now have a giant bald spot on left side of my head that moved frontal you can see thru my entire left side of my scalp. My hair is almost to my tailbone .I have no thyroid and of course means hypothyroidism is always to blame. I bought 6 bottles as my thinning is my whole scalp and a couple drops is not cutting it .I needed more per use.Ive been extremely faithful in use put on at evening and wash out next day. So far its been 4 months no new growth anywhere no baby hairs nothing filled in. However after 5 weeks it stopped my telogen effluvium I lose about 35 to 40 a day .I was shedding 100s giant piles of hair prior.So it did curb the shedding alot. I also have extreme thin eyebrows been using it on my eyebrows too but so far no new growth or darker . I purchased here and ulta so im going to use a year faithfully and see if I get any better results My teeth are all done and that stress is now over nothing I've done so far has worked I've tried hard to regrow hair but im 62 and no thyroid . I wanted to give an initial review that I could update as time progressed. I've been using this product for about 2 weeks. In the first 2-3 days I noticed that my scalp was a lot more sensitive than usual. No redness or anything but just sensitivity and a little pain. That feeling was gone by the forth day and everything was fine. I also noticed major improvement in my scalp health. No more flakes!! It seemed to really help get rid of the flakes on my scalp. I like that the formula isn't greasy and how easy it is to apply. Can't speak for the claims of growthir thickness yet but I'm hoping for the best.

Started noticing my hair thinning in 2024 due to PMOS (PCOS). I have extremely high DHEA levels, but I didn’t want to do hormone therapy because I was worried it would impact my strength gains at the gym (I’m a powerlifter). When I tell you this saved my hair, I’m not joking. It leaves your hair slightly oily, but it’s not nearly as bad as minoxidil. Keep in mind this product takes commitment. I didn’t even realize how good my results were until I was looking at old photos. The change is so slow you will absolutely not notice it until you suddenly don’t have a bald spot anymore. If you’re consistent with it, it will work.

This has been a 10/10 for me. I really like the texture—it absorbs well and doesn’t leave my hair feeling greasy or weighed down, which makes it very easy to incorporate into my routine. I have been using his product on my beard for about a month. I honestly cannot tell a difference. I use it daily as recommended. I will continue until the bottle is empty to see if it produces some results. I gave it 3 stars because it may be working slowly and i just don't notice.. lol

Es muy bueno! Me lo echo de vez en cuando en la raiz y huele bien, no arde ni pica. Eso si, hay que echarselo en la raiz, si toca mucho el pelo alrededor puede dejar una apariencia como grasosa pero no es demasiado.
