This product is amazing! The taste is absolutely mouthwatering and delectable. It dissolves in my water effortlessly with no clumps at all. There is ZERO sugar’s added and stirring with my hand frother makes it super easy . I feel it well priced and there are no added harmful ingredients. I thoroughly recommend these hydration packets powered by real salt to get you through your daily workout routines!

Best Electrolyte for POTS — Better Than LMNT!
I have POTS, and staying salty is essential for my daily functioning. I’ve tried LMNT and several other electrolyte brands, but Redmond Re-Lyte is the only one I actually feel better on. It gives me the sodium I need without all the added sugar, sweeteners, or the excessive potassium that many mixes include. For people with POTS, too much potassium can actually make symptoms worse or throw off our electrolyte balance, this keeps things simple and clean. The taste is smooth, it dissolves well, and it genuinely helps reduce my dizziness and fatigue. No crashes, no weird aftertaste, no junk ingredients, just the right balance. If you need electrolytes for POTS or hydration support, this is hands-down better than LMNT or other brands. Highly recommend.

Way Better Than Just Water & Great Taste...
Love these!!! Took them to Coachella in the spring of 2025 - as the daytime temps for the festival were 103-degrees... Drank 1 before heading over to the venue, and then another 4 over the course of the day/evening in between drinks - and they did an awesome job of keeping me hydrated, and my electrolytes in balance... Just mix in 18-20 oz of water, and you are good to go... Felt great the whole time, and the pina-colada flavor is my fav, after sampling all of the options in their travel mix... I have a cannister at home of pina-colada Re-Lyte with a scoop - and a bag of single travel packs for when I'm camping, hiking, scuba diving, or doing any other outdoor activity...
