I bought a flask in may which was fine for 2 month then the outside of the flask got hot So had to buy another one from this company and am so pleased with it thing about purchasing another that's how Happy I am with it

I've had others in the past as I do events to fund raise so need the water to stay hot all day. Others let me down but this has stayed hot for 8+ hours. Thumbs up from me!

Good size, great value, very pleased.

I am shocked that such a product could break after being used for a month.I explained this to the seller, however, they were unwilling to make any refund due to their 30 day policy, which is not at all in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.The product is faulty, and not worth the money at all. Dont buy!!!

Good size for small groups

Holds loads of water and stays hot. So much better than having to boil water on a camping stove.

Bought this to fit under a commercial coffee machine but when it arrived it looked great but was too tall. I returned the following day.It was received back at the warehouse 2 days later (14/08/23) 3 weeks later I am still awaiting confirmation of refund, let alone any actual money back. !Suggest you but from somewhere else
