We can use this product all the time in our decaf coffee. It really enhances the flavor. We typically buy two bottles at a time so we never run out. It is expensive, but we feel it's worth it. Shipping to us is very fast, usually 1-2 to days.

Significantly Reduced Migraines
I am 68 years old. I bought this becuase I read that a daily dose of honey/cinnamon helps ward off dimensia. But, this has had a surprising benefit. My migraine headaches have significantly reduced since starting this Ceylon Cinnamon extract. I ususally get two migraines a week and haven't had one in over two weeks which is pretty amazing for me. I've seen a neurologist for years and take medication for this condition. Perhaps I have elevated levels of Interleukin-6. Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is elevated in migraine sufferers, signaling inflammation, and studies show cinnamon, including Ceylon cinnamon, significantly reduces IL-6 levels, along with frequency, severity, and duration of migraine attacks, suggesting its anti-inflammatory properties help manage migraine pain by targeting these inflammatory pathways. I wanted to post this since it may help other sufferers of thie painful condition. And migraine sufferers know we will try anything that helps!

No flavor
I purchased this item for the flavor. I was hoping for a good cinnamon extract without the alcohol and added chemicals. This product fulfills that description except it has no flavor at all. However, Ceylon cinnamon has a milder flavor but is supposed to be better for the benefits that cinnamon is supposed to support. I should have studied further before ordering. If you are looking for cinnamon flavor, look for Cassia cinnamon. Cassia cinnamon should be stronger in flavor. I don't know if it is working, but I will know my next doctor visit.
