Purtroppo a causa del bloccaggio di un cuscinetto difettoso si è rotto il mozzo della ruota. Ho contattato il servizio di assistenza post vendita Womaqu che con estrema rapidità e cortesia mi ha inviato gratuitamente le parti di ricambio senza farmi pagare nulla, nemmeno le spese di trasporto. Nelle foto le parti del mozzo ruota che si sono rotte e nella bustina i ricambi che mi sono arrivati gratuitamente a casa. Prodotto eccezionale ed eccezionale anche l'assistenza post vendita. Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem ferngesteuerten Auto! Schon beim Auspacken macht es einen sehr hochwertigen und stabilen Eindruck. Die Verarbeitung ist top und das Design sieht richtig cool aus. Die Steuerung ist einfach und reagiert sehr präzise, sodass sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene sofort Spaß damit haben. Besonders positiv finde ich die gute Geschwindigkeit und die starke Lenkung – selbst auf unebenem Untergrund fährt das Auto problemlos. Auch die Reichweite der Fernbedienung ist mehr als ausreichend. Der Akku hält überraschend lange und lässt sich schnell wieder aufladen. Insgesamt bietet das Auto ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sorgt für jede Menge Fahrspaß. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen! This RC truck was purchased for my 9-year-old son. RC car racing has become very popular among the kids in our neighborhood, so he spent a long time saving his own money and finally decided to buy this model. We were pleasantly surprised by its speed and power. Most RC vehicles designed for kids are fairly slow, but this truck is genuinely fast and handles grass, dirt, and rough terrain very well. One thing parents should know is that the speed is quite impressive, so it takes a little time to get used to controlling it. During the first couple of days there were a few crashes and rollovers while my son was learning how to drive it. However, after a few days of practice, he became much more confident and was able to control it very well. What impressed me the most was the chassis design. The suspension works well, the truck handles bumps and rough terrain with ease, and many of the mechanical components look surprisingly robust for a vehicle in this price range. It is clear that attention was given to the technical side of the design. My son was excited from the very first day and still enjoys driving it almost every day. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase and would recommend this model to other families looking for a fast, fun, and capable off-road RC truck for their child. Excellent customer service and support. The seller responded to my message the same day and took the time to carefully clarify which parts were damaged and what exactly I needed. I also asked whether it would be possible to receive some extra spare parts in case of future issues. To my surprise, they generously sent not only additional replacement parts, but two complete spare sets as well as two complete sets of wheels. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. The replacement package arrived on time, and all parts were included as promised. I am extremely satisfied with both the product support and the customer service. Highly recommended.

Après 2 mois d'utilisation "intensive"... Avec des enfants de 4 et 6 ans qui ont encore du mal avec la télécommande. Très robuste malgré des chocs très violent. Vitesse réglable. 4 vraies roues motrices (burn, drifts, dérapages faciles). Utilisé avec une rampe de saut et malgré des chutes de plus d'un mètre, sur terre/gazon, la voiture tient très bien ! Beaucoup de fun ! Le SAV est au top, differentiel cassé en utilisation et renvoyé sans frais supplémentaires! J'ai cassé un axe de moyeu également (parce que j'ai été bourrin) et j'ai pu racheté aisément la pièce directement sur Amazon. Toutes les pièces sont disponibles et même des versions acier pour certaines. Je recommande a 100 % a tout ce qui ont gardé leur âme d'enfant, qui ne veulent pas se prendre la tête avec des modèles plus compliqués et qui disposent d'un espace suffisamment grand pour s'éclater !

Super leuke auto voor mijn zoontje. We hebben het gegeven voor zijn verjaardag en hij is er erg blij mee. De auto is degelijk en kan makkelijk tegen stootjes. Vooral de snelheid (tot 40 km) vind mijn zoontje fantastisch!
