Update 11/26/2025 I’ve been using DCSEC cameras for my security system and have been very happy with their performance and image quality. One of my cameras developed an issue about two months after Amazon’s return window had closed, so I reached out to DCSEC directly to see if anything could be done under warranty. Their support team responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and shipped me a brand-new replacement camera without any hassle. The replacement arrived on 11/25/2025 and works perfectly. When I first hooked this camera up it didn't work right. It was to bright with no color during the day, at night it was really dark and it wasn't seeing it's own ir lights so I made a return and bought another camera. When it got dark that next night it worked all of a sudden it could see at night, then the next day the picture was awesome not to bright and there was color. It fixed it self I guess so I will keep it. Works great now.

Design flaw: it is difficult to twist and rotate, and not easy to adjust the angle. The 360-degree range is very broad.

This camera has great Wide Angle view. the most I've seen so far out of other CCTV cameras. definitely have way more site if view with this.

I purchased this camera as an upgrade for my 1080P video receiver. I like the wide angle but the display on my 50" display was still very grainy. I followed the instructions to edit the settings from standard to 1080P but when the camera rebooted it had no video so I can't view the settings or change them. There is a warning under the last step of the instructions, "However, if your DVR is 960H do not change it. Otherwise the camera cannot show image." No instructions for a factory reset. I prefer a camera with a switch to manually change the settings and factory reset. Full refund from vendor.

Pratique et s'est adapté facilement à une autre marque , réglage à part à l'aide une petite manette placée sur le câble même. Mais l'image nest pas aussi nette malheureusement

Doesn’t work on old cctv systems . No picture if you put it on video rca on a flat screen tv .
